Ho Yee is a dedicated and experienced Registered Kinesiologist with a strong background in rehabilitation and exercise prescription. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, Ho Yee excels in providing personalized care to diverse patient populations, including individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents (MVA), post-operative procedures, concussions, and workplace injuries.
With a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and advanced training through Humber College’s Exercise Science and Lifestyle Management program, Ho Yee is equipped with the knowledge and practical skills to support patients in achieving optimal recovery and physical performance.
Ho Yee’s professional experience includes delivering tailored therapeutic exercise programs and facilitating recovery for patients with conditions such as total knee replacements, shoulder injuries, and long-term disabilities. At Lifemark Physiotherapy, Ho Yee’s contributions extended to Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), return-to-work planning, and functional fitness testing, showcasing a meticulous approach to patient care and rehabilitation. As a Registered Kinesiologist at Physiomed Vaughan, Ho Yee further refined their expertise in therapeutic modalities, such as laser treatments and PNF stretching techniques.
Certified in Functional Capacity Evaluation (WorkWell and Metriks), fitness assessments, and Heart Wise Exercise Training, Ho Yee brings a versatile skill set to clinical and community settings.
