Hi, my name is Lisa Junge.
I have been apart of the health/wellness world for about 20 years. My focus has been in physical training, and all varieties of group fitness classes. I hold multiple national, and international certifications. I especially have a passion for functional, stability, mobility, and balance training.
For fun, I like to plan, and participate in events like Goat Yoga, Llama , walking, SUP Yoga, pig, cuddling, and mind-body “YOLO” getaways.
