    Holly

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Holly! I am a professional dancer, certified yoga teacher, and retired rhythmic gymnast. I hold a bachelor’s degree in dance from New York University’s Tisch, have toured around North America with dance companies, and have over 20 years of firsthand and learned experience in optimizing movement. Stretching and flexibility have been key in my career, and I have seen firsthand the benefits and consequences of healthy and unhealthy stretching techniques and habits. From stiffness to hypermobility, I’m here to help you learn how to listen to your body, and find what works for you. Whether you’re looking to improve sports performance, tame aches and pains, or just increase your range of motion, I look forward to helping you reach your goals.

Hi, I’m Santiago! I’m a physical therapist with experience as a personal trainer, strength coach, and swimming instructor. I’m passionate about helping others improve flexibility and mobility to live healthier, more active lives. Originally from Mexico, I am excited to be a part of the team at StretchLab Yaletown while I complete my BC Physiotherapy credentialing. My goal is to guide you toward better movement and sustainable wellness habits. Outside of work, I enjoy boxing, swimming, and staying active. Let’s work together to unlock your full potential! (Yo hablo español!)

    Flexologist

Hi, I'm Nathan! I’m a UBC graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a passion for movement. I’ve always been drawn to helping people feel stronger, more mobile, and confident in their bodies. My experience includes working with older adults and individuals with diverse physical abilities, where I’ve seen how small improvements in mobility can lead to big changes in daily life. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy a variety of physical activities and spending time with friends. Whether I’m running, golfing, or just staying active, movement has always been a core part of who I am. I joined the StretchLab team because I believe in proactive wellness and love building real connections with members. Whether you’re working toward greater flexibility, recovery, or long-term fitness, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

    Flexologist

My name is Sharon (pronounced “SHAH-ron”). I studied Kinesiology at UBC because I’ve always been interested in how the body moves and what helps people feel their best—whether they’re athletes or just looking to stay active and pain-free. I’ve worked in rehab and fitness settings, and I really enjoy helping people improve their mobility and feel more confident in their movement. I joined StretchLab because I liked the supportive vibe and the focus on one-on-one care. Everyone here is really passionate about what they do, and it’s great to be part of a team that’s all about helping people move better. In my spare time, I like playing volleyball, watching movies, reading, and exploring new places around the city. I’m always up for learning something new or trying something different!

    Alisa

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Alisa, and I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology. My experience includes working with non-profit organizations that support people with disabilities, where I advocate for accessible physical activity through exercise and outdoor recreation. I believe that everyone should have the opportunity to move their body in the ways they choose. As a Flexologist, I aim to use this belief to guide me in helping my clients achieve their movement and functional goals through evidence-based assisted stretching. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy going on walks and going to the gym. I look forward to meeting you and supporting you towards moving the way you want, whenever you want.

    Kinga

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Kinga. With a full-time teaching career in yoga, mindfulness, and high performance since 2016, working with clients ranging from startup entrepreneurs and CEOs, to Hollywood celebrities and international organizations, I’m excited to bring my experience and obsession in wellness optimization to StretchLab. I help my clients build new holistic strength and mobility so they can remember just how good their mind and body can feel. Life is too short, and too long, for anything less than that. As a lifelong athlete—from snowboarding, skateboarding, and surfing to basketball, cheerleading, tennis, and more—my latest personal challenge is competitive endurance trail running, with sights set on tackling a 50km distance next. Add a Rhodesian Ridgeback, oat milk latte, impromptu road trip, big laughs, and a little thrill… life is good. The motto: If it ain’t fun, it won’t get done!

    Flexologist

Hi, I’m Dahlia! I have a background in Sports Medicine and Physical Education, with over six years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. I’ve worked with clients of all ages, specializing in chronic pain management, mobility, and building safe, sustainable movement patterns. I’ve also supported professional athletes across multiple sports, including a professional women’s basketball team, as well as lacrosse and fencing. These experiences have shaped my approach to injury prevention, recovery, and long-term performance. I joined StretchLab because I believe mobility is the foundation of an active and confident life. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, move without hesitation, and feel empowered in your everyday movement. Outside the studio, I love playing basketball, staying active, and sharing good food with friends. Are you ready to change how your body moves, feels, and performs? Let’s get started!
