      I’m an Orlando native in the College Park community. As a competitive high school rower, I was nationally ranked, where I first realized the importance of stretching and conditioning. This inspired me to earn my degree in Human Performance Exercise Science from the University of Alabama. After settling in back home, I worked as a Stretch Practitioner and Rowing Coach. I feel so blessed to be a rowing coach and still active in that community coaching middle school, high school, and adult aged athletes. My love of the outdoors keeps me active. I enjoy kayaking on the Indian River, backpacking on the Appalachian Trail, pack walks with my dog on the Florida Trail and most importantly, running around after my niece and nephew. What I love most about StretchLab is that each Flexologist comes from a different background and we are able to work together and learn from each other to create customized plans for each client’s individual needs.

      I hold a Bachelors of Fine Arts Degree in Interior Design. After working in the industry for many years I realized my heart was calling for something more. I fell in love with yoga and decided to attend the Yoga University of Altamonte Springs Florida in 2016. I am now a Certified Yoga Teacher, and have been teaching group classes as well as private sessions for the past 4 years. I am currently studying for my Holistic Health Coaching Certification as well. I love any activities having to do with Health & Wellness. I enjoy attending Yoga workshops, Health and Wellness fairs and Meditation gatherings. Spending time with my husband, daughter, and dog Ziggy is what makes my heart happy. Working at StretchLab is truly an amazing opportunity which allows me to share my love of helping others. Co-workers are extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and awesome to work with. Being able to share the same love of assisting client's in increasing their range of motion so that they feel their best is truly a humbling experience.

      I have a background working in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I trained clients at large gym chains in New York City and taught group fitness classes. Currently, I’m completing a degree in Sports and Health Science. I enjoy exercising! I’ve always been very energetic as a kid. I first got into weightlifting in high school and been hooked into fitness ever since. I enjoy the positive physiological and psychological benefits of exercise. In my leisure, I also enjoy watching movies, binging on Netflix series, and getting out in the sun. I love spending quality time with my wife and daughter. What I love about StretchLab is that I’m able to provide a beneficial service to people that adds to their overall quality of life. Stretching is an often-overlooked component of fitness and health. At StretchLab, we can create a specific program to address areas of tightness and restriction and improve overall mobility and flexibility. The long-term adaptions in flexibility and hence mobility our clients gain carries over into every aspect of their physical and psychological lives.

      I have been a Personal Coach, CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Kettlebell Advanced trainer for over 15+ years. I have studied with Dr. Cobb of Z-Health Performance. ASFA Master Personal Trainer. I love training and improving the bodies capabilities to perform better. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, exploring. Learning new skills. StretchLab is a great team of people who work hard to help people live better and happier lives. I thrive in StretchLab and really enjoy helping and learning from the team, our clients and athletes.

      My love and passion for fitness evolved from my background in the fashion industry in New York City. Leaving behind the fashion industry to pursue a career in fitness, I achieved my certifications in Zumba Fitness® in 2009, 400 RYT certification at Shine on Yoga® in 2013, Zumba Toning® in 2016, Reiki Practitioner Shoden: The First Degree in 2018 and the Arthritis Foundation Aquatic Program (AFAP) certification in 2019. Paying close attention to the impact and transformation I have had on my students lives, keeps me motivated and excited to constantly grow. As my practice grew, so did my desire to keep growing as an instructor to add PiyoLive, Aerial Yoga, and YogaBarre to my repertoire. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active running, skating and doing pottery. Working at StretchLab allows me to meet interesting people every day. I don’t consider it a job, because I get to do what I love; helping and communicating with people. Constantly interacting with wellness enthusiasts helps with becoming a better version of me every day.

      I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and a Nutrition Coach since July 2021. I have my Bachelor's in Biomedical Science. In my free time, I love doing just about anything outdoors. I enjoy surfing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking...you name it, I love it. I also love anything creative, especially painting and DIY's. What I love most about StretchLab is that it has enabled me to help people in a way that is so often neglected. I know firsthand, the importance of stretching. It has helped me to reduce my own back pain and prevent injury. Now I can do the same and more for others.

      I am an experienced personal trainer that focuses primarily on foundational movements. I love Marital Arts such as Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I am also strength training to reach my goal of becoming the incredible hulk. Working at StretchLab to me is a privilege to help others change their life for the better. Flexibility and mobility is a great starting point to create a positive change for anyone!

      I am a personal trainer that loves the gym. I really enjoy lifting weights and circuit style training. I have been training in the gym since I was 19 years old. Seeing results in the gym has taught me there is no substitute for hard work. During my free-time I enjoy exploring different trails and creating H.I.I.T training workouts. What I love about StretchLab is meeting different people and personalities. Being a Flexologist has really opened my eyes towards the importance of stretching. In addition, I like to help people reach their wellness goals!

      During the pandemic, gyms were closed so I decided to learn new exercises and discovered a passion for Calisthenics. Calisthenics involves using your own body weight to strengthen large muscle groups. Very early, I mastered some of the toughest Callisthenic movements and began training as a Personal Trainer. My personal business, is a Calisthenics based fitness business that trains individuals at any level in Callisthenic techniques. Outside of Stretch Lab, I am a full time Pre-Medical Physical Therapy student and it is my desire to become a Physical Therapist. Thankfully, Stretch Lab has opened the door to working in the field of my dreams. I get to work with some of the most phenomenal clients and staff. As well, I have the honor of learning from experts. My team aspires me to never give up on my goals and to continue to stretch myself and capabilities

      Hi, I’m Suzanne. I’m thrilled to be part of the team here at StretchLab Winter Park and I look forward to meeting you! I’ve been an athlete my entire life (volleyball, basketball, softball, and my latest obsession - Spikeball!) yet flexibility has never been one of my strong points which is why I immediately latched on to the concept of assisted stretching offered here at StretchLab. The benefits I’ve received from regular flexibility training go well beyond improved range of motion and better recovery from exercise. It’s truly remarkable how great you can feel after a good stretch! I’m an ACE certified personal trainer and recently returned to the fitness industry after a hiatus of about 15 years. What I missed most during that time was the connection with my clients and the partnership we formed in training. Helping others on the path of fitness, health and well-being light me up! I’m also a certified Strategic Intervention Life Coach so I enjoy learning about each person I meet on the bench :-) As a personal trainer, life coach, and Flexologist at StretchLab, my goal is to empower women and men to be strong in body, mind, and spirit. Fitness and flexibility/mobility training are for everyone, no matter your size, shape, or ability. I want us all to consistently show up as our best, most confident selves in a culture that crushes us with ridiculous and quite narrow aesthetic standards posing as “health and fitness.” Flexibility and mobility are key components of athletic training and recovery but are just as essential for movement in everyday life! Whether you’re a competitive athlete, weekend warrior, desk jockey, busy mom/dad/grandmother/grandfather – or anything in between – I want to help you live well, feel great, and perform better in everything you do!
