      I have a background working in the fitness industry for over 10 years as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I trained clients at large gym chains in New York City and taught group fitness classes. Currently, I’m completing a degree in Sports and Health Science. I enjoy exercising! I’ve always been very energetic as a kid. I first got into weightlifting in high school and been hooked into fitness ever since. I enjoy the positive physiological and psychological benefits of exercise. In my leisure, I also enjoy watching movies, binging on Netflix series, and getting out in the sun. I love spending quality time with my wife and daughter. What I love about StretchLab is that I’m able to provide a beneficial service to people that adds to their overall quality of life. Stretching is an often-overlooked component of fitness and health. At StretchLab, we can create a specific program to address areas of tightness and restriction and improve overall mobility and flexibility. The long-term adaptions in flexibility and hence mobility our clients gain carries over into every aspect of their physical and psychological lives.

      I have been a Personal Coach, CrossFit Level 2, Gymnastics, Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Kettlebell Advanced trainer for over 15+ years. I have studied with Dr. Cobb of Z-Health Performance. ASFA Master Personal Trainer. I love training and improving the bodies capabilities to perform better. I enjoy being outdoors, hiking, exploring. Learning new skills. StretchLab is a great team of people who work hard to help people live better and happier lives. I thrive in StretchLab and really enjoy helping and learning from the team, our clients and athletes.

      I have been a Personal Trainer for 3 years and a Nutrition Coach since July 2021. I have my Bachelor's in Biomedical Science. In my free time, I love doing just about anything outdoors. I enjoy surfing, kayaking, hiking, mountain biking...you name it, I love it. I also love anything creative, especially painting and DIY's. What I love most about StretchLab is that it has enabled me to help people in a way that is so often neglected. I know firsthand, the importance of stretching. It has helped me to reduce my own back pain and prevent injury. Now I can do the same and more for others.

      I am a personal trainer that loves the gym. I really enjoy lifting weights and circuit style training. I have been training in the gym since I was 19 years old. Seeing results in the gym has taught me there is no substitute for hard work. During my free-time I enjoy exploring different trails and creating H.I.I.T training workouts. What I love about StretchLab is meeting different people and personalities. Being a Flexologist has really opened my eyes towards the importance of stretching. In addition, I like to help people reach their wellness goals!

      Having been an athlete my entire life, I am no stranger to the importance of stretching! I began my flexibility journey 10 years ago to help improve my performance, and fell in love with stretching's ability to heal. I’ve studied numerous stretching and flexibility methods throughout the years and I love being able to implement them all here at Stretch Lab! Teaching my clients how to best use their muscles safely and efficiently to get out of pain is my favorite part of being a Flexologist. Outside of work, I love to travel, be in the mountains, breathe and meditate.

      Sports and fitness have been a major part of my life since childhood. I have been a competitive runner and swimmer from a young age until my early twenties. In college, I got my Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and pursued a career as a Registered Nurse. I then combined my interests in health and fitness, and obtained a Master's degree in Kinesiology. I also gained certificates as a Personal Trainer through NASM, a Swimming Instructor, Aquatic Specialist, and a Flexologist. To this day, I exercise daily, and enjoy helping others see the benefits and enjoyment that fitness and health can bring. I believe that exercise and stretching go hand in hand to ensure optimum strength, mobility, and flexibility. I spend my free time with my family and my dog. We love going on long walks and appreciate the outdoors. I also love to read, cook, and travel.

      I was a high school athlete and I am currently a semi-pro athlete in indoor skydiving, as well as a personal trainer and powerlifter. I enjoy the gym, indoor and outdoor skydiving, hiking and anything water related. I also love to paint and hang out with my animals. I love StretchLab because I love helping people. I love getting to know people and being a positive impact in someone’s life. StretchLab has also helped me a lot in how I feel and move, so I'm already sold on the product.

      I have been a personal trainer for about a year now. I transitioned from software to pursue my passion in fitness. I’m currently on a weight loss journey and down 124 pounds and still pushing for more growth. My favorite things to do are watch anime and work out, and I have an insane fascination with astrology. Strength conditioning and hiking are my favorite, and I also enjoy volunteering at the local food banks in my area and giving back. I love to help people who need help. Being there for people who need that extra hand and pushing them to be the best version of themselves. StretchLab gives me an opportunity to reach out and help more people.

      I have been a personal trainer and performance coach for more than two years. Being a Flexologist allows me to help others achieve a greater quality of life and overall wellness. We all share the goal wanting to move better and feel better. Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors in nature! Hiking and cycling are some of my favorite things to do and if I am not outside, I enjoy weight training in the gym.

When I'm not working, I love traveling, reading, doing yoga and spending time with my pets. I also enjoy being outdoors and the mental benefits of keeping my body moving.
