Sports and fitness have been a major part of my life since childhood. I have been a competitive runner and swimmer from a young age until my early twenties. In college, I got my Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and pursued a career as a Registered Nurse. I then combined my interests in health and fitness, and obtained a Master's degree in Kinesiology. I also gained certificates as a Personal Trainer through NASM, a Swimming Instructor, Aquatic Specialist, and a Flexologist. To this day, I exercise daily, and enjoy helping others see the benefits and enjoyment that fitness and health can bring. I believe that exercise and stretching go hand in hand to ensure optimum strength, mobility, and flexibility. I spend my free time with my family and my dog. We love going on long walks and appreciate the outdoors. I also love to read, cook, and travel.
