Flexologist
In 2018, I underwent training at the Asheville School of Massage and Yoga and received my Massage and Bodywork license. Nine months after acquiring my license, I got into a severe accident, which tore my ACL, MCL, and meniscus. I had knee surgery, which resulted in a year of physical therapy and hard work. This experience further solidified my passion for bodywork and helping others achieve a greater range of mobility, alleviate pain, and delve deeper into states that activate the parasympathetic nervous system. I am planning to pursue my education in Physical Therapy in the near future. In my off time, I enjoy being in nature, hiking, traveling, and exploring creative hobbies. What excites me most about Stretchlab is not only assisting people with their immediate concerns, such as a lack of flexibility, but also supporting them in achieving their long-term goals as a form of preventive care.
