I graduated from San Jose State with my B.S. in Kinesiology, with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science in December 2020. I'm working on prerequisites for Physical Therapy school. I’ve previously worked as a physical therapy aide in the Apple Campus Wellness Center. My favorite part about being an aide was patient interaction. Those deeper connections is in large part what brought me to StretchLab! I'm passionate about helping people achieve their goals, especially when it comes to the body. I place an emphasis on education and breath work in my work at StretchLab. I look forward to helping you become more in tune with your body to lead a healthier lifestyle.

Hi there! I am a recent 2021 graduate from Cal Poly SLO with a B.S. in Kinesiology and a concentration in Exercise Science. While studying, I had the opportunity to go abroad and intern with Sports Medicine Australia, where I worked as an athletic trainer for a semi-professional Australian Rules Football team for six months. After completing my degree, I worked at a physical therapy clinic as an aide, assisting clients in different exercises, stretches and various therapeutic modalities. I grew up dancing and swimming, so I am no stranger to the benefits of regular stretching on the human body! Working at StretchLab gives me the opportunity to pass on the knowledge I’ve gained both through formal schooling as well as life experience. I look forward to meeting with you and determining how to help you live your best life!

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis is exercise in science from San Jose State. I played soccer for 8 years and was a D1 collegiate cheerleader for 2 1/2 years, so a lot of my knowledge in stretching comes from my athletic background. In my spare time, I am a personal trainer and enjoy leading people into a healthier lifestyle. I am a huge advocate of incorporating stretching in my own exercise regimen, so I try to implement this mindset with my clients. My long-term plan is to start a successful athletic apparel line (like Lululemon) and eventually open my own gym that is a safe space for women to exercise. I think exercise can be fun if you have the right trainer and an open mind to the idea of becoming healthy.

Hi! I became interested in being a Flexologist because of my passion for sports and fitness. My hobbies are playing sports, cooking, and weightlifting. Serving in the United States Marine Corps motivated me even more to pursue a career in Athletic Training. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology at San Jose State University. As a Flexologist, I hope to expand my knowledge on health and fitness while helping those improve their way of life. I realize that seeing people feel and move better is a reward in itself.
