      Prab
      Prab
      Flexologist
Prab is a pre-med student with aspirations of attending medical school, and his role as a Flexologist felt like the perfect way to connect his academic path with his passion for health and wellness. He has always been inspired by the idea of helping people, and working at StretchLab allows him to do that in a very real and personal way. What motivates him most is seeing the progress members make—not just physically, but mentally as well. He enjoys being part of their journey and watching how stretching and wellness practices can empower them to grow and reach their goals. Outside of the studio, Prab stays active by playing basketball, one of his favorite ways to unwind and recharge. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, whether that’s hanging out or exploring new foods. As a big NBA fan, he never misses a chance to watch a good game. For Prab, StretchLab is a truly special place because of its welcoming environment, where people can focus on their wellness and personal growth. Being part of the StretchLab family has shown him how impactful stretching and guided care can be. Dan
      Flexologist
Dan has been part of the StretchLab since 2021 and brings years of hands-on experience helping clients move and feel their best. As a former Master Flexologist, Dan played an important role in training new Flexologists through StretchLab’s accredited Flexologist Training Program. His leadership and expertise helped shape the skills and knowledge of many team members entering the field. Dan is also a certified Corrective Exercise Specialist, and he uses this background to help clients improve the way their bodies move through a combination of assisted stretching and strengthening principles. His approach focuses on addressing imbalances, improving mobility, and helping clients feel stronger and more comfortable in their everyday activities. After welcoming his first son, Dan chose to step back from his Master Flexologist role to focus more on family life, but he remains just as passionate about helping members achieve their wellness goals. His experience and dedication allow him to provide thoughtful, effective stretch sessions that help clients move better and feel their best. Outside of the studio, Dan enjoys spending time with his son, staying active, and “lifting and throwing heavy things,” which reflects his appreciation for strength and functional movement. Dan believes StretchLab is a powerful way to help people improve their quality of life. He enjoys working with members to reduce discomfort, improve mobility, and support them in feeling stronger, healthier, and more capable in their daily lives.
      Josh
      Josh
      Flexologist
Josh has been active in sports for most of his life, which helped him develop a strong appreciation for the importance of stretching and proper body care. Through years of athletic experience, he discovered that stretching plays a vital role not only in improving performance and preventing injuries, but also in supporting overall physical and mental well-being. For Josh, stretching became more than just part of a routine--it became a way to reset, refocus, and keep his body performing at its best. In addition to his athletic background, Josh is currently pursuing his education to become a radiologist. His academic focus has given him a strong understanding of human anatomy and physiology, allowing him to bring a thoughtful and informed approach to each stretch session. He enjoys applying this knowledge to help members improve mobility, reduce tension, and better understand how their bodies move. Outside of the studio, Josh enjoys staying active, especially playing volleyball. He also values spending quality time with friends and family and taking time to relax and recharge outside of his busy schedule. Josh appreciates being part of the StretchLab community, where the supportive team environment and shared mission make a meaningful impact every day. He is passionate about helping his clients feel better, move better, and experience how assisted stretching can improve their overall quality of life.
      Brandon
      Brandon
      Flexologist
Brandon’s journey into the wellness field began while working as a Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA), where he developed a strong interest in helping people improve their physical health and mobility. In that role, he worked closely with individuals to support their recovery and progress, and he found the greatest fulfillment in helping motivated clients reach meaningful improvements in their physical abilities. This experience inspired Brandon to continue expanding his knowledge of the body and pursue opportunities that would allow him to further develop his skills in physical wellness. Joining StretchLab was a natural next step for Brandon. He was drawn to the opportunity to build on his restorative care background while learning new techniques that support flexibility, mobility, and overall movement. Brandon enjoys guiding members through their stretching journey and helping them discover how small improvements in flexibility and mobility can make a big difference in their everyday lives. Outside of the studio, Brandon enjoys photography, sightseeing, and exploring new places to eat. His curiosity and appreciation for new experiences reflect the same mindset he brings to personal growth and wellness. Brandon believes that improving physical health is a journey, and StretchLab provides a supportive environment for members to work toward becoming the best version of themselves.
