Hilari has a passion for helping people learn more about their body, strengthen their mind-body connection and maintain a high quality of life through practiced, intentional movement. She earned her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology (the study human body movement) from Georgia Southern University, Hilari's also has master's degree in Biomedical Science (the study of the biology of human health and disease) from Florida Atlantic University and a Certified Personal Trainer certification through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). She has a comprehensive health experience in corporate wellness/fitness, private and commercial 1:1 personal training, group fitness instruction, clinical research as well as culinary environments.
As both a collegiate and national rugby player, Hilari deeply understands the importance of implementing regular myofascial release and mobility training as a preventative and rehabilitative strategy. Whether you're a dedicated athlete, weekend warrior, or just want to feel better, stretching has profound benefits for everyone and everybody.
