  • Natalie

    Natalie

    Lead Flexologist

Natalie received her B.S. in Health & Human Sciences with a concentration in Pre-Physical Therapy. As an athlete herself playing volleyball in school, Natalie experienced injuries and the rehabilitation process firsthand and was drawn to study physical therapy to learn how to help others with their own mobility. She loves that StretchLab allows her to practice her skills and educate her members on the importance of recovery for athletes and non-athletes alike. When she’s not stretching you, Natalie enjoys outdoor activities and we have recently discovered she is a pool shark. She is also on a quest to find the best pulled pork nachos in Chicago - recommendations welcome!

  • Maya

    Maya

    Flexologist

Maya received her B.S. in Exercise Science and a B.A. in Dance from the University of Iowa, where she combined her passion for movement with a deep understanding of the human body. As a lifelong dancer, Maya's journey with mobility and recovery began after being diagnosed with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) following a hip fracture when she was 12. This inspired her to explore how various forms of movement promote overall health and well-being. At StretchLab, Maya is excited to use her background to help clients achieve greater flexibility, prevent injuries, and improve their quality of life. Whether you're an athlete, a dancer, or just looking to move better in your daily life, she enjoys working with individuals of all levels.
  • Haley

    Haley

    Flexologist

Haley fell in love with personal training and coaching while at the University of Illinois, completing her NASM certification and ultimately switching her major from biology to kinesiology. After working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor for the past several years, she is excited to join StretchLab and focus more specifically on mobility and recovery. Haley grew up dancing and understands firsthand the importance of flexibility and a regular stretching practice, both to support daily activities and for injury prevention. When she’s not working, Haley enjoys watching anime, lifting and exploring her neighborhood here in the West Loop. “My favorite part about West Loop and Chicago is you never run out of new things to try. I like the fast paced life."

Anna graduated from Loyola with a dual degree in Exercise Science and Dance. She is thrilled to be pursuing contemporary dance professionally in Chicago while also being able to utilize her strong foundation in anatomy and physiology in her work at StretchLab. “I am passionate about helping people feel mobile, comfortable, and confident in their own bodies. Working in the health and fitness industry brings together movement and science, allowing me to support others in reaching their fullest potential.” When she is not dancing or at StretchLab, Anna loves being outside whether that be at the beach, hiking, or going to state and national parks.

  • Hannah

    Hannah

    Flexologist

Hannah received her B.S. in Exercise Science from Indiana University Bloomington and will begin physical therapy school next year. After years of coaching gymnastics and tumbling, she saw first hand how improved flexibility and mobility helped athletes perform better overall and stay healthier by reducing the risk of injury. After experiencing the benefits of regular stretching herself, Hannah is excited to join StretchLab and help others move more freely, improve their mobility, and feel their best. She has always been fascinated by the human body and loves helping people achieve their goals through movement. "I believe our bodies are meant to move, and being able to move is something we should never take for granted. My goal is to help people make the most of that ability so they can continue doing the things they love." Hannah enjoys combining yoga, pilates, and strength training in her own fitness routine and makes it a priority to stay active through long walks and daily movement. In her free time, she loves to find new places to shop in the city and spend time with her chocolate lab.
