      Brenna has been a yoga instructor for 4 years and holds a BM in music from William Paterson University. She uses her understanding of anatomy, stretching, and breath work to support her study of vocal music. When she isn’t at StretchLab, you can find her teaching piano lessons, voice lessons, and yoga classes. In Brenna’s words: “I love to see how health and wellness tie together with her other passions, and hope to use my knowledge to help people reach their fullest potential, both physically and spiritually.”

      Lead Flexologist
      Kunal is a Lead Flexologist and holds a M.S. in Exercise Science from Hofstra University and B.S. in Exercise Physiology from William Paterson University. His specific background is in functional mobility, postural control, myofascial release, exercise prescription, and strength and conditioning and has a deep understanding of the value of stretching. In Kunal’s words: “I have learned the importance of stretching whether it is before, during, or after any activity of daily living. Outside of work, I love to spend time with family, friends, and I love to play tennis, basketball, bowling as well as hiking. I am excited to be part of StretchLab West Caldwell and look forward to meeting you all.”

      Joey holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from William Paterson University and holds certifications in Personal Training through American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Stretch and Flexibility Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). He has also completed 200 hours as an Exercise Physiology intern at Hackensack Medical Hospital. In Joey’s words: “I believe stretching is an important aspect in the health and wellness field that often gets overlooked. I want to help people achieve their flexibility and mobility goals. When I’m not at StretchLab, I like to listen to podcasts, watch movies, and lift weights. I’m a big fan of strength sports, including powerlifting and Olympic weightlifting.”

      Brandon has been a Personal Trainer for over half a decade, with several certifications, including the American Council on Exercise (ACE), Pain-Free Performance Specialist Certification (PPSC), and the Nutritional Coaching Institute (NCI). In Brandon’s words: “My goal is to help as many people as I can lead healthier lifestyles. Outside of work I enjoy coffee, cars, cooking, sports and keeping up with new tech.”

      Gabriel is a graduate of Montclair State University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and is currently finishing his masters degree in the same field. He’s also a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and has worked with a wide variety of clients of different backgrounds. In Gabriel’s words: “I believe that consistency is the key to seeing the desired results you seek and that fitness and wellness are the paths to vitality and longevity. I enjoy working out almost every day, and when not training I like to dabble in photography and photo editing, and listening to music.”

      AJ has proudly served in the military for 10 years, where he was a Physical Therapy Technician for the Navy for the last 4 years of his tour, stationed at Portsmouth Naval Hospital. He is also a Certified Personal Trainer and is completing his degree in Sports Medicine at William Paterson University. In AJ’s words: “During my time in the military, I learned so much about rehabilitation and injury prevention, and working with people to help them reach any fitness and life goals they desired. I am an avid weight trainer, and really enjoy hiking, running, going to the beach and having adventures with my rescue pup Spirit. I really enjoy working with people and am excited to grow on this mobility journey.”

      Flexologist
      Lonzell has a B.S. degree in Exercise Science from William Paterson University. He was a personal trainer for years, before becoming an Exercise Physiologist at a therapy office and a Wellness Coordinator at Bergen Community College. In Lonzell’s words: “I enjoy working out as well as being a 3 sport athlete in basketball, football and baseball. A major hobby of mine is being a car/bike enthusiast. I love to help people and watching them reach their fullest potential is always a warming moment for me.

      Clarinet holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from Montclair State University with a concentration in strength conditioning. She also has Personal Training certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Expert Rating and enjoys strength training and long-distance cardio In Clarinet’s words: “I am passionate about living a healthy balanced lifestyle by working out regularly, eating nutritious meals, and stretching! In my free time, I like to go on long hikes with my dog and learn more about the progressive fitness industry through educational workshops and events. I am most passionate about helping others reach their overall wellness goals.”

      Alex is a graduate of Kean University with a B.S. in Exercise Science and holds a certification in personal training through the National Academy of Sport Medicine (NASM). When he isn’t at StretchLab you can either find him at the gym or spending time with his two little pups Daisy & Jonas. In Alex’s words: “Throughout my time in rehabilitation clinics, personal training, and now StretchLab, my goal has always been to help as many people as I can to reach healthier physical and mental lifestyles.”

      Flexologist
      Tori is a Personal Trainer and Nutritionist, certified by the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA). She’s also been a certified Exercise Therapy Specialist, working with multitude of injuries, amputees, metabolic and neurological conditions. With her bachelor's degree in Behavioral Neuroscience, she proceeded to explore Counseling in Mental Health for her masters degree and has been in the medical field as well as the health and fitness industry for several years. In Tori’s words: “Helping others isn’t just about treating one specific thing. It’s about taking a mind, body approach so that someone can be the best they can be. I fell in love with seeing people learn how to walk again, recover from surgeries and not be in pain anymore. My approach to counseling and rehabilitation training starts with a solid foundation of understanding my clients’ history and their current behaviors. As a Flexologist, I put all of my knowledge, background and experience into helping people feel better long term. At the end of the day, that is my goal. I’m so excited to be part of an awesome team that loves learning and helping others as much as I do."
