      Kristo is a multidisciplinary mobility trainer and our Lead Flexologist. His knowledge of kinesiology, physiology, and anatomy is grounded in his previous career as a Dancer, and expanded upon through his mobility focused personal training and personal experience in a variety of sports. Dance has brought Kristo all over the world and the country, during this time he both performed and taught at a high caliber. After achieving his goal to dance in a Broadway tour, he found a new path in education. The catalyst of which was his brother needing to lose 100lbs to join the Air Force. After helping his brother with this goal, he became impassioned by helping and supporting people by cultivating the longevity in their lives, which he believes rooted in maximizing one’s mobility. He has since returned to school for Biology with the intention of becoming a Physical Therapist for Performing Artists.

      Omar holds a dual degrees in Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology with a Minor in Biology from SUNY Brockport. He is incredibly skilled as a personal trainer with multiple continued education certifications including: Animal Flow, Kettlebell Athletics, and Myofascial Trigger Point Techniques. He practices what he preaches at StretchLab as he has done various forms of Martial Arts for 10 years. In his spare time he likes to create and edit videos as well as watch anime.

      Olivia is a recent graduate from Slippery Rock University with a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, and a BA in Psychology. In addition to dance, she has experience in somatic practice, pilates and yoga. She cares deeply about helping others and is excited to combine her passion for health, wellness and healing as a Flexologist!

      Cameron graduated from King's College with a degree in Exercise Science. Post-college he has worked in a variety of health and fitness branches from personal training, fascial stretch therapy, and multiple wellness facilities. His interests in health and fitness started well before college; he played sports all his life such as football, lacrosse, and rugby. Cam finds it very important to prioritize your mind and body in order to live a long healthy life. His intention is to continue spreading my knowledge skill and passion to all communities.

      Ingeborg Kolstad (Ingy) is a dancer and choreographer from Norway. She is about to graduate from Marymount Manhattan College with a BA in Dance and a concentration in Teaching Dance Arts. Ingy is passionate about wellness and how stretching can improve ones physical and mental health. As a Flexologist she is able to use her embodied experiences and knowledge, as she strives to help her clients meet their individual flexibility goals.

      Robby is an originally from the Chicagoland area where he received his Bachelors in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is finishing his studies at Touro University where he will receive his Doctorate in Physical Therapy this September. Robby concentrates his work on the sports and orthopedic population and takes a holistic approach in his treatment. Robby has a passion for human connection, helping others, and progress which ultimately led him to this career path. Robby loves to play basketball, explore food spots, hang with friends and content create.

      Emily has a background in Dance, getting her BFA from The State University of New York at Fredonia with a minor in Dance Science and Injury Prevention. There she studied modern, jazz and ballet but had special interest in massage, recovery, and realignment units. Emily enjoys helping people see results as they move through their journey to achieving their goals and feeling better in their daily lives.

      Dowan Sandoval comes to us all the way from San Diego California. He obtained his bachelors degree in kinesiology- fitness specialist from San Diego State University. He also obtained his ACE certification for personal training. He have been working in assisted stretching for 6 years now and I specialize in myofascial release techniques. Dowan loves to play golf. On his days off he is most likely playing a round of 18 holes with my friends. He also loves to cook for friends and family whenever given the opportunity. Even referred to at times as “grill master”. He enjoys being a flexologist because he gets the opportunity to meet new people and make them feel better through assisted stretching. He loves seeing the reaction of people after a good session when they say “wow that was just stretching but I feel amazing!” Something as simple as stretching consistently can make a whole load of difference for the human body and as a flexologist he am grateful to be a part of people’s experience with assisted stretching as everyone works towards becoming their best self.

      Deshai Bailey from Bronx NY, where her passion and talent of dance and movement has developed. She graduated from Fordham High School for the Arts and trained at Millennium Dance Company founded by E.Denise Perry. There, I studied most styles and techniques of dance. Jazz and Modern are her favorites. Additionally she received her Bachelor’s of Science from SUNY Oneonta. She majored in Exercise Science with a concentration in Pre-Physician’s Assistant and graduated with Cum Laude recognition. She is super excited and grateful to be part of a team that is dedicated to helping people of all backgrounds improve their quality of life through stretching, and she cannot wait to work with you all!

      Amaris graduated from Lehman College with a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science concentrating in movement and exercise. She also has background in competitive bodybuilding and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Amaris knows the importance of recovery and the benefits of stretching on the body. She is a personal trainer who loves helping and pushing her clients to the next level. Education is also one of the most important things to Amaris. She is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Human Performance and Exercise. In her free time she enjoys working out with her teenage son and going on long walks with her two puppies Athena and Aries.

      Ronnie graduated from Rutgers University with a BFA in Dance Performance and holds a 200 HR Vinyasa Yoga Certification. Her years of training have solidified her passion for somatic practices and mind-body connection. As a flexologist, she enjoys engaging her clients in mindful movement with a balance of activation and release to improve their mobility, levels of tension and overall feeling in their body. She is excited to continue her work at Stretch Lab and connect with the community!

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
