As a Colorado native, I have understood the importance of a healthy lifestyle from an early age. From a young age, I was very active and participated in organized sports. My passion has always been dance; I decided to pursue it professionally. I apprenticed at Ascential Dance Company and Dance Etoile Ballet while studying for my associates in psychology and choreography at Red Rocks. I continued to choreograph for Red Rocks until the pandemic hit. Subsequently, I earned my ISSA Personal Training Certification and my focus shifted to helping others achieve better movement patterns and enhanced mind- body connection; allowing for continued longevity. In addition, I'm in the process of obtaining my Reflexology certification. In my free time I enjoy hiking with my daughter, and swimming on my master’s swim team. Moreover, twice a year I fly out to swim ocean races. Being a Flexologist is the best gig I’ve ever had! I find being an integral part of my clients' wellness transformations fulfilling and rewarding!

I graduated college with a degree in K-12 Physical Education and my background is in coaching gymnastics. I have over 10 years experience in training gymnasts from all age ranges and different skill levels. While coaching Gymnastics I noticed how much of an impact flexibility can make with training and overall wellness later on down the road. My aim is to help those be the best they can be with their physical wellness through education and the habit building of stretching.

My journey with stretching and fitness started when I was 6 years old as a gymnast. I loved the sport and continued for 12 years. I retired before college and transitioned into competitive rock climbing where flexibility and strength continued to be a part of my life. I graduated with a degree in Health and Exercise Science from Regis University in 2022. At Regis, I had an amazing internship where I was able to work with professional athletes as well as clients with neurological conditions. With clients, I was able to help with everything from assisted stretching to strength training and coaching. I have a passion for using exercise and nutrition to help with physical and mental health. At Stretch Lab, I hope to pass on my knowledge of stretching, exercising, and nutrition to better day-to-day life. As a Colorado native, I love to hike, rock climb, snowboard, and enjoy the outdoors whenever possible.

My name is Anna “Jordan” Kirby. I moved to Colorado in Nov. of 2021 with my husband and pup, Franklin. I am originally from the small town of Perry Kansas. I was a student athlete who graduated from Washburn University out of Topeka Ks with my bachelors of science degree in athletic training. Ive always had a passion for sports growing up and was fortunate enough to continue playing softball while in college as well. My favorite thing to do is wander into the mountains with my husband and pup to explore all that this beautiful state has to offer. Athletic training became a passion of mine after I tore my ACL in highschool and didn't find out about it until two months later. My highschool at the time did not have an athletic trainer on staff, I wanted to change that. My goal as an athletic trainer is to provide high quality, individualized, care to all student athletes who come through my door and to make sure they continue thriving in the activities they love.

I have worked as a Medical assistant in an Orthopedic clinic, Athletic Trainer at a high school and Personal Trainer in a gym. The biggest limiting factor in daily function I see is not preventing overuse injuries by stretching. I do my best to be well rounded. Even when I learn a new skill, I don’t give up on past ones. I enjoy everything from exercising or meditating, to the arts or cooking. I enjoy the environment at StretchLab! I definitely felt part of a team right away and felt like I had the right support.

I have an undergraduate degree in Exercise and Sport Science and I recently graduated with my Masters degree in High Altitude Exercise Physiology from Western Colorado University, where I was a runner for 3 years in cross-country and track at the NCAA Dll level. I am a strong advocate for overall well-being, and love helping people feel good in their bodies! I plan to pursue a career in pelvic core physical therapy and will return to school for my DPT after taking a small break. In this time off from school, helping clients at StretchLab is expanding my own knowledge and giving me the opportunity to do exactly what I want to do— bring people closer to healthy mind-body connections.

I recently moved to Denver from Grand Junction where I graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. Before moving to Grand Junction I was born and raised in Albuquerque New Mexico where I spent most of my time playing sports and first discovered the importance of stretching. Throughout my time in college, I was on the varsity swim team at Colorado Mesa University. While in college I discovered how important it is for not only athletes to stretch but also how it can have a positive impact on everyone. I had the chance in college to work for our school athletic trainers where I continued to develop my learning and also gain real hands-on experience with athletes coming in for rehab. After graduation, I continued my journey by working at a physical therapy clinic as a tech. This position, allowed me to gain a lot of valuable experience by learning from multiple physical therapists who worked at this clinic. I look forward to continuing to help people achieve their goals through stretching and education.
