      Patricia is a certified athletic therapist who has helped athletes in many sports including rugby, volleyball, soccer, and hockey recover from and prevent injuries to stay at the top of their game. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys weight training, baking and spending quality time with her family. For Patricia, the best part of being at StretchLab is creating personal programs for members and being a part of their journey to better health, movement, and strength every step of the way. Patricia is committed to sharing that passion with every member, creating an environment that not only supports their individual goals but also sets them up for long-term success.

      Berk is a certified personal trainer with degree in physical education and specializations in corrective exercise and strength and conditioning. In his spare time, Berk likes to explore outdoor activities, stay active with various sports and running, and continually expand his knowledge in fitness and wellness. For Berk, a great part of being at StretchLab is helping each individual member find a program uniquely suited to their needs and helping to elevate each member’s sense of wellbeing.

      Kwyn Neal is a Certified Athletic and Exercise Therapist. Recently she has primarily been working with rugby and hockey athletes within the community. In her free time, Kwyn enjoys weightlifting, hiking with her dog and playing softball. For Kwyn, one of her favorite things about StretchLab is being able to assist members achieve their goals of positive body movement, as well as being part of an environment devoted to individuals' well being.

      Simon Andrews’ background is in kinesiology. In his free time, Simon likes to stay active through various activities like baseball, weightlifting and mountain biking. For Simon, the best part of being at StretchLab is helping all kinds of people achieve their goals whether it be sports performance, increasing day to day mobility, or reducing pain and improving their quality of life.

      Bo's background is in kinesiology with a focus on corrective exercise. An athlete himself, Bo has played soccer since age 7, correcting a few of his own injuries along the way through stretching and foam rolling. For Bo, one of the best things about StretchLab is the opportunity to share his knowledge about body mechanics while supporting members to be the best version of themselves.

      Mur is an experienced fitness professional with a background in yoga, anatomy, and mindfulness. Mur has a strong holistic understanding of the human body combined with a keen understanding of how to help people feel better in their bodies. Mur is passionate about the mind-body connection and loves to see his clients feel and move better. For Mur, one of the best things about StretchLab is the opportunity to share his knowledge about the body while inspiring members to be the best version of themselves.

      Leo is a highly experienced fitness professional with a background in physical education, exercise physiology, and Pilates instruction. A CPT with 15 years in the fitness industry, he combines his expertise with a deep passion for health promotion. Having played semi-professional basketball, he understands the demands of athletic performance and functional movement. At StretchLab, Leo finds fulfillment in helping people feel more confident in their minds and bodies, empowering them to move better and live healthier lives.

      Dalton is a certified personal trainer and strength coach who has helped bring life to hundreds of peoples’ lives through the previous 16 years of working within the fitness industry. Dalton specializes in strength and conditioning, weight loss management, and massage therapy. In his spare time, Dalton is always with his 3 kids, exploring the wonders of being a father. Outside of parenthood, he continues to bodybuild and compete in the men’s classic physique category. His love for training and competition has expanded for more than 20 years. The love of enriching people’s lives is the cornerstone of his passion and is the reason it remains so strong after so many years and StretchLab brings a vital beat to that passion. StretchLab uniquely ties in all the importance of what it means to continue to be healthy and strong by allowing all individuals support and relief, by giving back to them movement they once lost. Dalton strongly believes in StretchLab mission in creating a better moving community, and can’t wait to share his experience and knowledge for those who need it.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
