      A VA Beach native, Eden is the GM of the brand new StretchLab VA Beach. She has been married for 2 years to her husband Orlando, and has 1 fur child - a yellow lab named Beatty. Eden did ballet for 15+ years, and after ballet she wanted something to put that energy and drive into, so she got her personal training certification and worked in boutique fitness and eventually into management. She likes to use her time and talents to help people, and loves connecting with people showing them how healthy habits can change their lives!

      Kirsten has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from UVA-Wise. She is NASM certified in personal training and a level 1 gait analyst through RunDNA. She was a collegiate softball athlete and likes to run obstacle course races competitively. Kirsten loves endurance events and is currently training for a 24 hour obstacle race. Through pushing her body to its limits, Kirsten has learned the value and importance of stretching and can’t wait to show others how a stretching routine can positively impact their daily lives!

      Eric is a United States Army veteran who was active from 2010-2015. He was a graduate from ECPI University with his A.A.S. as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2018, and upon graduation, he re-enlisted in the Army Reserves under a Physical Therapy Specialist occupation. Within that time frame, he has worked in a variety of settings to include: pediatric sports medicine, chiropractic offices, inpatient rehabilitative centers, and military outpatient clinics. He is currently working towards obtaining his B.S. in Exercise Science from American Military University.

      Ray is a certified athletic trainer who has been practicing in the field since 2015. He obtained a B.S. degree in Athletic Training from Barton College in 2014. He joins the StretchLab VA Beach team with 7 years of experience from a variety of settings. He has worked in high school sports, collegiate sports, recreational sports, physical therapy offices & orthopedic clinics when he resided in Florida. He spent a majority of his time in the orthopedic clinic where he was the head AT. While he was there, he was responsible for educating patients about their current injuries and treatments as well as bracing/splinting/casting. Ray joins the StretchLab VA Beach team in hopes of bringing the best possible service to his clients by utilizing what he has learned from his education and professional experience.

      Mary graduated from Radford University with a Bachelors in Exercise, Sport & Health Education. While she was there, she specialized in Exercise Science and Community Health Promotion and started instructing Vinyasa Flow Yoga classes at school. Mary enjoys doing yoga, hiking, bartending & relaxing with her 23 pound cat! After learning what real benefits come from having a stretching routine, Mary wanted to help others to get the most out of their training and daily lives.

      Krista grew up in VA Beach and loves being by the beach, hanging out with friends & family and anything fitness related! She graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology at Old Dominion University. She is currently working towards applying to PA school hoping to pursue a career in sports medicine. Her passion is for wellness and fitness and she loves being able to inspire people to reach their goals and educate others on the importance of taking care of their bodies. She has clinical rehab experience in physical therapy shadowing as a PT tech. She has also been mindfully practicing yoga since high school and is currently pursuing to be a yoga instructor. She loves the practice because it’s taught her the importance of mindfulness & body awareness. Krista is looking forward to being able to make a positive impact in others lives at StretchLab!

      Vikki, originally born and raised in Vermont, moved south and earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida. She’s worked in the fitness industry for the past 15 years both as a Group Fitness Manager and instructor. She is certified in several fitness formats including Pedaling for Parkinson’s, a cycling program developed specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. When she is not helping others through health and fitness, you can usually find her on the sidelines cheering her two children on in a variety of sports! She is excited to help people discover the benefits of stretching and moving freely!

      Taylor comes to StretchLab with a background as a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach and group fitness instructor. She is currently finishing up her Bachelors degree at Old Dominion University majoring in psychology. She understands not only the physical benefits but also the mental health benefits that come with taking care of your body. She is excited to share this knowledge and motivate people to make StretchLab a part of their permanent routine!

      Denarra has a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science and a minor in Science of Coaching from ECSU. Denarra danced and cheered her entire life - including 1 year in college - which has allowed her to thoroughly understand the importance of stretching. She loves fitness & wellness and wants to enhance the quality of people's lives through prioritizing overall health and wellness. Not only does she have a great knowledge about health, but she gives a ridiculously good stretch!!

      Kayla comes from a small town in central Illinois. Having a background in competitive cheerleading, Kayla has always had a love and drive for all things fitness and movement related. She has been working in the fitness industry for over 6 years. Starting out her career in personal training, she quickly gravitated towards teaching pilates (now with our sister brand, Club Pilates) and is also an exercise nutrition coach. Kayla has a passion for helping clients build confidence both mentally and physically and empowering those who cross her path to achieve their goals and fall in love with movement. She is excited to utilize all of her experience with StretchLab!

      Aidan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from James Madison University and is currently advancing his education with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Old Dominion University. Having held a license as a personal trainer since 2021, Aidan's practical experience is equally as impressive. His journey in the physical therapy world has encompassed diverse clinical settings, allowing him to grasp the transformative potential of stretching. Through direct interactions with patients and clients, Aidan has witnessed the tangible impact of personalized stretching regimens. With an acute understanding of the value that stretching holds, Aidan is driven by a clear mission. He aspires to elevate the quality of life for all his future clients. By employing one-on-one assisted stretching, Aidan aims to empower individuals to achieve their unique goals. Aidan's dedication to enhancing flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being is a testament to his commitment as a Flexologist and pursuit towards your personal health.

      Ashley comes from a small town in California and moved to the Hampton Roads area around 2018. She has always had a passion for movement and health having participated in sports like soccer, gymnastics, swimming & weightlifting as well as a few years of being a personal trainer at a local gym. Ashley has her bachelors in Exercise Science from ODU and is currently in ODU's Doctorate program for Physical Therapy. She has clinical experience in rehabilitative care and has a passion for helping people feel better so that they can participate in their favorite activities. She is excited to meet new people and utilize all her experience in this new adventure!

      A lifetime Hampton Roads local from the Great Bridge/Hickory area of Chesapeake, Brandi comes to StretchLab Norfolk with 10+ years in the fitness industry. A Mom of 5, Brandi graduated with a BA in Social Science and a minor in Early Childhood Development. She has taught group fitness classes, mainly at Greenbrier Country Club. She has also worked in a healthcare clinical setting alongside Dr. Larry Legum. Brandi is super active and her hobbies include spin classes, the beach and relaxing with her family & friends!

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
