A lifelong fitness lover, Rachel’s professional background is in Biology & Environmental Sciences. Through this, her passion for health, wellness & nutrition was sparked and she is a huge advocate for natural healing methods. Besides being a mom to 4 beautiful kids, she spends her free time fervently practicing yoga, hiking, camping, cooking nutrient-rich plant-based meals, and attending live music concerts and festivals. With the understanding that not only do our day-to-day activities affect our mobility and overall health, many of our emotions also tend to become trapped in the soft tissues of our bodies. For these reasons, she is excited to play a part in helping to heal others through the practice of assisted stretching!
