      Flexologist
What's up, I'm Alex. I graduated from UT Arlington with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and my journey through sports and recovery is what eventually led me here. After dealing with my own injuries, I found that stretching and living a healthy lifestyle made all the difference in getting back to the things I love. That experience inspired me to start at StretchLab so I could share the same tools and benefits with others. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is seeing the results—helping people move better, feel stronger, and enjoy their day-to-day lives without the same aches holding them back. My favorite muscle group to stretch is the iliopsoas, because it plays such a vital role in low back stability and everyday movement. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually catch me on the basketball court or diving into new projects. And here’s a fun fact—I’m an entrepreneur and an actor!

      Carol S.
      Lead Flexologist
Hey there, my name is Carol. I began my education at Tyler Junior College before transferring to Texas Woman’s University, where I earned an AS in Sports Medicine and a BS in Kinesiology. My background as both an Athletic Trainer and in Physical Therapy has shaped the way I work with people, and StretchLab has given me the perfect opportunity to blend the best aspects of both fields—helping every client pursue their health and wellness goals. What I enjoy most about this job is the challenge. No two clients are alike—different lives, different bodies, different needs—which pushes me to continually grow my skills and find the best way to help each person. One of my favorite areas to focus on is the head and neck. It’s a technically complex area with many muscles and nerve endings, and because so much tension and stress is stored there, the results are often immediate and deeply relieving. Outside of the studio, I love being active and pushing myself in new ways. I recently earned my motorcycle license and got my first bike, and I also hold a Third Degree Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do. Whether it’s training, riding, or working with clients, I’m passionate about learning, growing, and taking on challenges.

      John T.
      Flexologist
Hello, I'm John. I started my journey at TJC, where I earned an Associate’s degree in Human Performance. Along the way, I became a certified personal trainer, earned my StretchLab Flexologist certification, and even got qualified to run Zyto scans. Right now, I’m working toward a certification in sports massage because I’m fascinated by how nerves affect the body in ways most people don’t expect. I became a Flexologist because I wanted to help people feel better without relying on surgery or extra medication. There’s something powerful about using movement to make a change. My favorite part is when a client suddenly realizes their pain has eased or even disappeared—it’s such a rewarding moment to witness. Personally, I love focusing on calves and ankles. They’re often overlooked, but when stretched properly, they can make someone feel instantly lighter on their feet. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me diving into my hobby of studying ancient weapons. A fun fact about me is, I can’t stand wearing socks unless they have a clearly marked right and left side. It’s one of those small things that just feels completely off otherwise!

      Celeste T.
      Flexologist
Hey there! My name is Celeste Trujillo. I studied Kinesiology at UT Tyler and became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, which set me on the path I’m on today. Right now, I’m working as a personal trainer and Flexologist while pursuing my next goal of becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. I was drawn to StretchLab because I’ve always been passionate about helping people move and feel better. Stretching is often overlooked, but I’ve seen firsthand how big of a difference it can make. What I enjoy most is that every body is different—it challenges me to find the best way to help each person reach their goals. One of my favorite areas to work on is the upper traps and neck since so many people hold tension there. Seeing the relief on someone’s face after we release that tightness never gets old. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me weightlifting, running, diving into Bible studies, or grabbing a coffee. And here’s a fun twist—alongside training and stretching, I’m also a makeup artist!

      Conally W.
      Flexologist
Hi, my name is Conally! I graduated from Kansas Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science: Fitness and Wellness. My career goal in health and wellness is to help others reach their goals and be part of their journey toward better health. I became a Flexologist because of my passion for helping people while building meaningful relationships. One of my favorite parts of the job is seeing clients progress over time and getting to celebrate how far they’ve come. I especially enjoy stretching the hips—they’re fun to work with and play such an important role in improving overall mobility. Outside of StretchLab, I love playing golf and spending time with my friends and family. And a fun fact about me is that I’m into CrossFit—I try to make it to class a couple of times a week!

      Flexologist
Hi, I’m Alex! I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Exercise Sport Science, where I concentrated in Pre-Chiropractic Medicine. My ultimate career goal is to attend medical school and become a surgeon. I became a Flexologist because I’ve always been fascinated by the human body and movement. Growing up as a gymnast, I was curious about how muscles and fascia worked, and now I get to use that knowledge to help others feel and move better. What I love most about stretching people is that everyone is unique—their personalities, goals, and even their injuries are different—so no two sessions are ever the same. My favorite areas to work on are the neck and shoulders, but I’m also excited to keep learning more about the lower leg and calf. When I’m not at StretchLab, you can usually find me building computers or working on tech projects. And a fun fact about me? I once broke my sternum in gymnastics—completely separating my manubrium from my sternal body!
