    Celeste

    Flexologist

I went to UT Tyler and earned my B.S. in Kinesiology. I’m also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and currently working toward becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant. My favorite areas to work on are the upper traps and neck—most people carry tension there, and helping relieve that stress is always so rewarding. Outside of StretchLab, I love weightlifting, running, joining Bible studies, and grabbing coffee whenever I can. And here’s a fun fact—along with being a personal trainer and Flexologist, I’m also a makeup artist!

    Lead Flexologist

I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor with a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and Exercise Sport Science, concentrating in Pre-Chiropractic Medicine. My goal is to attend medical school and become a surgeon. I love working on the neck and shoulders since that’s where so much tension builds up, and I’m always eager to learn more about the lower leg and calf. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy building computers and working on tech projects—and fun fact, I once broke my sternum during gymnastics!

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Ashley. I attended TJC, where I earned my Associate of Applied Science in Human Performance, and I’m also a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). I’m passionate about helping people make health and wellness a sustainable part of everyday life and feel more connected to their bodies. I became a Flexologist because stretching is often overlooked but essential for mobility and recovery, and I love seeing clients leave feeling better. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy spending time with my kids, staying active, and continuing my yoga practice. Fun fact: I have a little Italian heritage—and I still claim it!

    Flexologist

Hey, I'm Xavier. I attended Parker University and am currently studying at Tyler Junior College to become a Physical Therapy Aid. I’m certified in Massage Therapy, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point, and I plan to open my own massage studio in downtown Tyler this June. I love helping people feel better, especially working on the neck and feet since they hold so much tension and impact the whole body. Outside of StretchLab, I enjoy going to the gym, studying, and riding horses—rodeo is my favorite! Fun fact: I met Colonel Gadsden from Battleship, and he gave me my very first Army coin.
