Ryan
Flexologist
Ryan is currently a Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Hawaii Pacific University and holds a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Physical Therapy from San Diego State University. He recently returned from Hawaii, where he gained hands-on experience in a neuromuscular clinic working with patients facing complex conditions such as stroke and spinal cord injuries. This experience strengthened his clinical reasoning, deepened his understanding of neuroplasticity, and reinforced his commitment to patient-centered care.
Ryan also brings more than a year and a half of experience with StretchLab, having worked in both San Diego and Twelve Bridges studios. During that time, he developed strong skills in assisted stretching, mobility training, and client-focused coaching, helping clients move better, recover faster, and stay active.
A lifelong athlete and outdoor enthusiast, Ryan founded the Hiking Club at SDSU and has a background in competitive cross country, track, and marathon training. Outside the studio, he enjoys rock climbing, swimming, playing pickleball, and exploring the outdoors.
Ryan was drawn to StretchLab for its welcoming community and the meaningful relationships he’s able to build with clients. He brings energy and enthusiasm to every session, with a focus on helping clients improve mobility, enhance performance, and feel their best. His goal is to ensure every client feels supported, motivated, and empowered to achieve their personal health and wellness goals.
