Jeremy is passionate about helping athletes move better and stay healthy as he continues to pursue a career in sports physical therapy.

Inspired by her children's involvement in competitive sports, Anna found her calling as a Flexologist, assisting others in managing pain and optimizing their well-being. Beyond her work, Anna finds joy in various hobbies, including working out, playing golf, hiking, and exploring new places, all while cherishing quality moments with her family. With nine years of martial arts experience under his belt, Dylan brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to every session. Currently working on his kinesiology major, Dylan is committed to deepening his understanding of human movement and applying this knowledge to help others. Beyond the studio, you'll find him shooting hoops, exploring with his dog, and jet-setting to new destinations. Dylan is dedicated to prioritizing health and wellness, and he is thrilled to be part of the StretchLab Twelve Bridges team, where he can inspire others to live their best lives.       Meet Truly, one of our dedicated Flexologists at StretchLab Twelve Bridges! Truly comes to us with a strong background in Exercise Science, holding a B.S. from Sacramento State and an M.S. in Sports Science and Analytics from Linfield University. Her collegiate dance background fueled her passion for human rehabilitation and recovery, which she has pursued through extensive research and practical experience. Truly has presented her sport science research at prestigious conferences like The American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. She also interned at Duke University, where she worked closely with athletes, monitoring their progress and providing valuable insights to sports practitioners. Truly is committed to helping our members feel their best every day. She believes that improving mobility is key to enhancing overall well-being and quality of life. Truly is also passionate about continuing her professional journey by pursuing a career in physical therapy, where she hopes to deepen her impact on recovery and performance. Whether you’re looking to boost your performance or simply move with more ease, Truly is here to support you on your journey.       Prab is a pre-med student with aspirations of attending medical school, and his role as a Flexologist felt like the perfect way to connect his academic path with his passion for health and wellness. He has always been inspired by the idea of helping people, and working at StretchLab allows him to do that in a very real and personal way. What motivates him most is seeing the progress members make—not just physically, but mentally as well. He enjoys being part of their journey and watching how stretching and wellness practices can empower them to grow and reach their goals. Outside of the studio, Prab stays active by playing basketball, one of his favorite ways to unwind and recharge. He also enjoys spending quality time with friends and family, whether that’s hanging out or exploring new foods. As a big NBA fan, he never misses a chance to watch a good game. For Prab, StretchLab is a truly special place because of its welcoming environment, where people can focus on their wellness and personal growth. Being part of the StretchLab family has shown him how impactful stretching and guided care can be.       Michael Sison is a Certified Massage Practitioner trained at the California Holistic Institute, specializing in deep tissue stretch therapy, reflexology, acupressure, and Swedish massage. His journey in bodywork began with a passion for helping people move better, which led him to pursue a degree in Kinesiology at Sacramento State University as he works toward a career in physical therapy. Michael has experience as an introductory strength coach in Paso Robles and spent two years as a Physical Therapy Aide at Cambria Physical Therapy, where he gained hands-on knowledge in strength training, rehabilitation, and functional movement. What motivates him most is seeing people leave a session feeling better than when they walked in—more mobile, less tense, and confident in their body’s ability to perform. Outside of StretchLab, Michael enjoys strength training, powerlifting, and performing as a guitarist in a local metalcore band. He also explores creative outlets such as digital art, hiking, and coffee shop adventures. For Michael, StretchLab is a special place to blend his education, professional training, and passion for wellness into one mission: helping others achieve their goals while building meaningful connections.

This personal experience inspired her to pursue a path rooted in exercise science, where she can help others move better, feel stronger, and reach their individual wellness goals. Anna brings empathy, knowledge, and a thoughtful approach to every stretch session, understanding how impactful proper movement and recovery can be. Outside of the studio, Anna enjoys staying active and balanced. When she’s not on the soccer field or focused on her studies, she loves reading, running, and unwinding with a good romantic comedy. She also enjoys trying new experiences and spending quality time with family and friends, which keeps her energized and grounded. Anna is proud to be part of the StretchLab community, where assisted stretching goes beyond physical benefits to create meaningful connections. She values the supportive environment, engaging conversations, and strong sense of community shared among both clients and coworkers. Anna is passionate about helping members feel their best while fostering a welcoming, positive, and encouraging experience every time they walk into the studio.

His passion for movement and mobility developed through years of playing soccer and consistent training in the gym, where he became especially interested in how proper stretching and mobility can prevent injuries, enhance athletic performance, and improve overall quality of life. As a Flexologist, Junior finds the most fulfillment in seeing real progress—helping members experience pain relief, move more freely, and feel better in their everyday activities. He values building meaningful relationships and enjoys supporting members throughout their wellness journey. Junior was drawn to StretchLab for its unique balance of professional growth, genuine connection, and the opportunity to make a positive impact. Being part of the StretchLab family has reinforced his belief in the importance of stretching for movement, recovery, and long-term health. His goal is to help every member feel comfortable, relaxed, and confident in their body after each session.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
