As a certified Hatha Yoga instructor and founder of Yogi Love, I’ve always been passionate about movement, wellness, and helping others feel their best. Outside the studio, you’ll find me lifting weights, running, taking Starcycle classes, or walking my pup, Bentley. With a strong foundation in personal training and athletic coaching, Spencer brings a dynamic, movement-focused approach to every session. Developing that mind-muscle connection is key to long-term health,” At the studio, Spencer is known for turning clients into “half bananas” to target those stubborn back muscles—a common complaint among guests. One of his most memorable moments was helping a well-known motorcycle racer return to riding at age 65. “It was surreal. I grew up watching him race, and now I get to help him keep doing what he loves.” Outside the studio, Spencer lives life full throttle—literally—riding motorcycles in the desert any chance he gets. A lifelong martial artist, Spencer earned a black belt in Shaolin Kempo at just 15 and continues to study various styles.

      Andrew
      Andrew
      Flexologist
Hello! I'm Andrew. I was born and raised here in Tri-Cities and have happily and proudly served my community as a former Licensed Massage Therapist. I grew up a multi- sport athlete and am no stranger to aches, pains and muscle tension. Throughout my time in school, I had a very strong interest in anatomy, physiology and biology. This all resulted in me enrolling in a Massage Therapy program in late 2021 and later graduating at the top of my class. Through that program I deepened my understanding of human anatomy, physiology, human biology, kinesiology, and pathology. I quickly found that I specialized in rehabilitation- focused work. This education and training, combined with my own personal journey of health and wellness, has led me to where I am now with Stretch Lab. Through these last few years of my life in the health and wellness industry, I have worked on thousands of people who all have their own stories, journeys and physical struggles. I've always been passionate about helping others feel better in their body. Through my work I have been able to help my clients feel better in their day to day life, educated them on how to achieve their goals and supported them through the difficult life changes that are necessary to become pain free and mobile.
