    Kelsey recently earned her Master’s of Science in Athletic Training from Whitworth University. Throughout her studies, she gained extensive hands-on experience through a diverse range of clinical rotations, including high school athletics, pediatric physical therapy, and collegiate sports. Kelsey is currently serving as the athletic trainer at Southridge High School, where she combines her expertise and passion for helping athletes stay healthy and perform at their best. Outside of her professional life, Kelsey enjoys reading, painting, and playing volleyball.

    Ben is a proud native of the Tri Cities and has been deeply involved in health and fitness since 2016. As a personal trainer, he specializes in corrective exercise, helping clients improve their strength, mobility, and overall well-being. Since 2020, Ben has also served in the Army, which reflects his commitment to discipline and service. When he’s not working, you can find him working on cars, playing video games, or enjoying time with animals.

    Hi, I’m Tia! I’m certified in fitness, nutrition, health, and mindset. I became a Flexologist because I know firsthand how important mobility and flexibility are as we age—not only for overall health, but also for improving performance in the gym and in everyday life. I’m passionate about helping people move better so they can feel stronger, more confident, and enjoy the things they love with greater ease. My focus is on mobility for daily life, and I love seeing clients leave a stretch session feeling refreshed, more open, and ready to take on their day. Outside of StretchLab, I love backpacking and spending quality time with my family—they’re truly my world.

    Alex has always been passionate about health and wellness, and he finds it incredibly rewarding to help people improve their quality of life through assisted stretching. As a certified personal trainer, a competitive runner, and a men’s physique competitor, Alex understands the importance of mobility, flexibility, and overall body maintenance. At StretchLab, he loves working with members from all backgrounds, many of whom are dealing with mobility limitations or chronic pain. Helping clients strengthen weak areas and feel better after a great stretch is what drives him every day. When he’s not at StretchLab, you can find Alex playing pickleball, going on long runs, or fly fishing. A fun fact about him—he’s a former submarine veteran and is about to embark on a new adventure: marriage!     Shintell brings a calm, uplifting presence to every session, paired with a genuine passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. Her love for fitness comes from her own personal journey, which allows her to connect with clients in a meaningful and encouraging way. Outside of the studio, you’ll find her strength training or spending time with her husky, Loba. Shintell has also pastored three churches and helped plant one in Yakima, which shines through in her intentional, supportive approach. Her stretching style is relaxed and thoughtful—like a walk through the park—leaving clients feeling refreshed, restored, and at ease after every session.

With a background in yoga and mind-body movement, she specializes in supporting the nervous system—helping clients shift out of stress and into a more relaxed, restored state. Her sessions go beyond stretching—they’re intentional, supportive, and focused on what your body truly needs. Bailee’s calm, centered energy creates an experience that encourages you to slow down, tune in, and leave feeling both physically and mentally restored.

As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, she brings a well-rounded approach to fitness, combining strength, mobility, and healthy lifestyle habits to help clients reach their goals. An accomplished ultra-marathon runner, Karen understands firsthand the importance of recovery, flexibility, and injury prevention. She incorporates these principles into every stretch session, helping members improve mobility, reduce tension, and support their active lifestyles. Outside of the studio, Karen enjoys spending time with her family, preparing for endurance races, practicing Bikram yoga, and cooking. She believes movement is essential for long-term health and is committed to helping every member feel their best, whether they’re training for an event, recovering from exercise, or simply looking to move more comfortably in everyday life.

    Kase Groenke brings a passion for movement, recovery, and helping others feel their best. His background includes physically demanding work, service in the military, and experience as a firefighter/EMT, giving him a deep appreciation for the importance of maintaining a healthy, functional body. Kase loves seeing the positive impact assisted stretching has on members and finds it incredibly rewarding to help people move better, feel better, and get back to doing what they love. His favorite part of working at StretchLab is being part of a supportive team that shares the same commitment to improving lives. When he’s not in the studio, Kase enjoys wakeboarding and spending quality time with friends and family. One stretch he frequently recommends is wrist extension, especially for anyone who spends long hours typing or using their phone. He believes that small, consistent habits can make a big difference in how we move and feel every day.

    Viannka is a Certified Hatha Yoga Instructor who is passionate about helping others improve their mobility, balance, and overall well-being through intentional movement. Her approach is rooted in the belief that true wellness comes from creating harmony between the mind, body, and soul, and she strives to bring that same mindful perspective to every stretch session. With a background in yoga and movement, Viannka enjoys helping members reduce tension, improve flexibility, and move with greater confidence in their everyday lives. She finds the most rewarding part of her career to be supporting others on their own wellness journeys and creating a positive, welcoming environment where every member feels cared for. Outside of the studio, Viannka enjoys practicing yoga, listening to tropical reggae music, spending time outdoors with her dog Bentley, and singing. She believes that movement is a powerful tool for both physical and mental well-being and is committed to helping every member feel their best.

    Catlin is passionate about helping people move better and improve their quality of life through assisted stretching. Inspired by his grandfather's experience with Parkinson’s disease, he developed a deep appreciation for the impact movement and mobility can have on everyday living. An avid practitioner of Tai Chi and a lifelong student of health, nutrition, and wellness, Catlin enjoys helping members celebrate progress and reach their movement goals. His favorite stretches are lumbar rotations and butterfly stretches, which he recommends as part of a morning or bedtime routine. Catlin loves the positive energy at StretchLab and the personal connections he builds with members and teammates. When he’s not in the studio, you can find him camping, hiking, swimming, kayaking, traveling, or exploring the latest research in health and wellness.
