Hi, I'm Ana Paula. Born and raised in Brazil, I'm currently based in Toronto, where I'm pursuing my studies in massage therapy and psychology. I'm a certified yoga instructor, Thai massage practitioner, and nature/life lover. For the past few years, I've been helping people to relax, breathe with intention, and move more freely through the philosophy of metta: loving-kindness and compassion. To me, slowing down, investing in your own health, and listening to your body's needs is perhaps the most meaningful form of self-care work we can do. I am passionate about movement! Assisted stretching combined with mindful breathing is a wonderful exercise modality to reconnect with the sensations in your body. Being a flexologist at Stretchlab is a gift. I am excited and honoured to inspire and guide people to stretch more and produce a positive change in their own bodies.
