      Flexologist
As a health and wellness enthusiast, I believe everyone should have the mobility and strength to live long, healthy, and pain-free life. Being a certified personal trainer with ISSA and a student of the Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College, my knowledge of movement mechanics allows me to create a stretch program plan to optimize the healing/recovery process for people. Ultimately, my passion to promote wellness whilst helping people have the best experience possible here at StretchLab, is rooted in the “mens sana in corpore sano” principle which translates to” a healthy body in a healthy mind”.

I’m passionate about how stretching and connection with the Prana maya kosha (the breath body) improves our quality of life by feeling more relaxed, more flexible and more deeply connected to ourselves and the present moment. I am excited to guide clients into focusing on intentional stretching and breathing through the use of PNF techniques!”
