      Lead Flexologist
"My name is Devlin, and I am passionate about rehabilitation and holistic care! I have worked in the field of health and fitness for over four years starting after I graduated from the University of Toronto with a degree in Kinesiology. I was a high performance trainer for hockey athletes for two years and gained rehabilitation experience from working in physiotherapy clinics for an additional two years. A constant during my experience is that stretching is the most underutilized tool in everyone’s personal care routine! My passion for this field is driven by my desire to help others and see them succeed. When I learned about StretchLab, an open concept boutique stretching clinic, I knew that I had found a place to grow as a care provider!"

      Flexologist
As a health and wellness enthusiast, I believe everyone should have the mobility and strength to live long, healthy, and pain-free life. Being a certified personal trainer with ISSA and a student of the Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College, my knowledge of movement mechanics allows me to create a stretch program plan to optimize the healing/recovery process for people. Ultimately, my passion to promote wellness whilst helping people have the best experience possible here at StretchLab, is rooted in the “mens sana in corpore sano” principle which translates to” a healthy body in a healthy mind”.

Hi I’m Molly! I have completed my 200hr yoga teacher training and 95hr children’s yoga teacher training! I am currently working on my Massage Therapy diploma and becoming a future RMT. I’m passionate about how stretching and connection with the Prana maya kosha (the breath body) improves our quality of life by feeling more relaxed, more flexible and more deeply connected to ourselves and the present moment. I am excited to guide clients into focusing on intentional stretching and breathing through the use of PNF techniques!”
      Ana
      Ana
      Flexologist
Hi, I'm Ana Paula. Born and raised in Brazil, I'm currently based in Toronto, where I'm pursuing my studies in massage therapy and psychology. I'm a certified yoga instructor, Thai massage practitioner, and nature/life lover. For the past few years, I've been helping people to relax, breathe with intention, and move more freely through the philosophy of metta: loving-kindness and compassion. To me, slowing down, investing in your own health, and listening to your body's needs is perhaps the most meaningful form of self-care work we can do. I am passionate about movement! Assisted stretching combined with mindful breathing is a wonderful exercise modality to reconnect with the sensations in your body. Being a flexologist at Stretchlab is a gift. I am excited and honoured to inspire and guide people to stretch more and produce a positive change in their own bodies. Let's connect! I'd love to help you with your stretch journey.

All that to say, I’m well aware of how the body moves and (more importantly) how it should move. I’m passionate about helping people achieve a better quality of life by not only improving strength, but also their functional mobility! I believe in: “movement is medicine”, or “motion is lotion”
