Flexologist
I graduated with honors from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, and a minor in Psychology. I also have done an internship with a chiropractor, and an athletic trainer while I was in school in order to get a well rounded perspective on injury rehabilitation. I played beach volleyball at Concordia, and it continues to be something I love competing in. My other hobbies generally include spending time outdoors- hiking, climbing, camping, or just laying in a hammock in nature. After graduating in the spring, I received a certification in personal training, and I worked as a trainer with high school age athletes, and instructed group fitness classes for adults. I love getting to know people and working with them, whether this is helping relieve them of pain, improving their skilled performance, or just making everyday life more enjoyable. One thing I love about Stretchlab is that we get to stretch a whole variety of clients with different goals, and we get to see them make progress!
