I’ve been a group fitness instructor for 7 years, with certificates in many different formats. Leading groups in everything from fasted paced “Turbo Kickboxing” to “Barre” a slower and more controlled, strengthen and lengthen workout. I love teaching and assisting in all types of fitness! Most of the Activities I enjoy doing involve my husband and 3 kids. We love swimming at our community pool and hiking the trails around our home. I LOVE to sing karaoke! StretchLab has opened me up to a brand-new way of helping people along their fitness journey. Assisted stretching isn’t like anything I have ever experienced before. The Atmosphere, the people it’s an amazing experience. Come see and feel the difference an assisted stretch can make!!

I graduated from Concordia University Irvine with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Coaching. Before working for StretchLab, I was an intern for a Sports Medicine and Recovery facility where I worked alongside a Chiropractor and Stretch Specialist. I love being outdoors and getting miles under my feet. I grew up playing basketball and softball, and even ran cross country and track at a collegiate level. Being heavily involved in sports grew my interest in understanding how the body moves and the importance of recovery. One thing I love about StretchLab is the community it has built to stay connected with clients and educate them throughout their journey. Everyone deserves to move freely!

I graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Asian American Studies. I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for about two years at an outpatient orthopedic clinic and a year and a half at an outpatient neurology clinic before becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab. I hope to use the knowledge I gained from these experiences to help individuals move better and to become pain free! I plan on pursuing a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in the near future. After receiving my DPT degree, I hope to continue my education to become a Neurologic Specialist Physical Therapist. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games and cooking new and old recipes. I love StretchLab as I am able to help others achieve their mobility and flexibility goals both big and small.

I graduated from The Masters University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and competed in collegiate soccer. I had played soccer for 15 years of my life and enjoyed every moment of it. When I am not playing sports I enjoy going on hikes, working out, hanging out with my family, or trying different coffee shops. I am hoping with my background as a caregiver and Physical Therapy Aide at Loma Linda that I am able to help individuals achieve a better range of motion and improve their lives. I love working at Stretch Lab because it is an uplifting environment where the biggest blessing is helping others achieve their goals!

I’m a graduate from George Fox University in Oregon with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology. I played football for 4 years during college so I gained a lot of experience in fitness, athleticism, and mobility. I love to play golf, workout at the gym, and go to the beach. I love StretchLab because I love making a positive impact in people’s everyday lives as we help them achieve their long term goals of pain relief, recovery, and mobility.

I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology, having started at UNLV and now completing my studies at Cal State San Marcos. I hold a certification in Nutrition and Holistic Wellness Coaching from NASM. Prior to joining StretchLab, I worked as a Physical Therapy Aide for two years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Sports, particularly softball and volleyball, have been central to my life, fueling my passion for health and wellness.Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, going to the gym, visiting the beach, and exploring different coffee shops. At StretchLab, I appreciate the positive environment where individuals can achieve their goals—whether it's increasing range of motion, enhancing flexibility, or alleviating pain. I'm dedicated to helping others feel their best through personalized care and support.

I graduated from Cal State University San Marcos with a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Exercise Science. I worked as an aide for about 3 years and then transitioned over to being a coordinator for a Warmline for a few years! I wanted to learn a bit more about Mental Health before I pursued more Physical health opportunities! I enjoy playing football with friends along with taking long walks outside and enjoying nature. One thing I love about Stretch Lab is how welcoming everyone makes you feel whether it’s the people working alongside me or the people coming in to get a stretch!

I graduated from Cal State San Marcos in the fall of 2025 with a bachelor’s in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. My goal is to become a cardiac physical therapist. I am extremely active, and I love to run, hike, rock climb, snowboard, bike, and swim. What I love about Stretch Lab is being able to help people the way I see fit and educate them on the importance of stretching and how it benefits their longevity.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with my Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and a Minor in Social Media. I worked alongside GCU’s Division 1 athletics for a season. From there I worked as a personal trainer and water aerobics instructor. I currently hold my Group Fitness certification and love teaching in that environment. I grew up playing softball, soccer, and running cross country. On my down time I enjoy going line dancing with friends, exploring God's creation, and spending time with my family eating delicious food. I love how inviting the Stretch Lab community is and am so excited to help others relieve tension and stress.

I graduated from California State University, Northridge with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science. Before joining StretchLab, I interned with the CSUN Strength and Conditioning and competed as a student-athlete. I enjoy reading, camping, and fishing. Growing up, I played basketball and football, but I was fortunate to have the opportunity to compete in shot put and discus at the NCAA Division I level. Throwing taught me the importance of flexibility and mobility for improving performance, enhancing recovery, and preventing injuries. What I love most about StretchLab is the welcoming and friendly atmosphere created by both my coworkers and clients.
