      Kaitlyn has a Bachelor's degree in community health science from Cal State Long Beach and a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from CSU San Marcos. She is in her third year of physical therapy school at University of Saint Augustine. Kaitlyn got into fitness because she was working for Americorp and went to a professional development at USC medical school and she knew that isn't what she wanted to do anymore. She went to a fitness expo shortly after, did well in a competition, and got her NASM personal training certification. Kaitlyn believes mobility is the basis of functional human movement and quality of life. Outside of StretchLab she enjoys thrifting and going to the gym. Her favorite stretch is the QL stretch. A fun fact about Kaitlyn is she's been to the Domican Republic 7 times volunteer sports camps and is on the board for a nonprofit.

      Ray has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach. He is pursuing going to physical therapy school. Ray got into fitness and physical therapy because he enjoys helping people improve and reach their goals. Ray believes mobility is important to quality of life, preventing injuries, and helping people get moving again, his favorite stretch is lumbar rotation. Outside of StretchLab he enjoys playing table tennis, pickleball, badminton, and fishing. A fun fact about Ray is he broke his collarbone training taekwondo!

      Mike has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach. He is pursuing going to physical therapy school. Mike got into fitness and rehab because he had his own weight loss and injury journeys, now he enjoys helping other people along their journeys. He believes stretching is important to prevent injuries and mobility is key to being able to continue doing the things you like, his favorite stretch is the hamstring stretch because he can touch his toes now! Outside of StretchLab he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and playing video games. A fun fact about Mike is he lost 55 pounds in 8th grade!

      Stephanie has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology with an emphasis as an exercise and fitness specialist from San Jose State University and her sports rehab therapy degree and massage license from Fremont College. She also works as a massage and bodywork therapist. Stephanie got into fitness and rehab because she was an athlete her whole life and is passionate about keeping people injury free and doing what they love as long as possible! She believes stretching is important to prevent injuries and increasing a person's quality of life, her favorite stretch is the golfer's stretch! Outside of StretchLab she enjoys doing yoga, hiking, and going to sports events and concerts. A fun fact about Steph is she used to work for the San Francisco 49ers!

      Chris has his Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in exercise science from Long Beach State. He also works as a youth club soccer coach and pursuing physical therapy school. Chris got into the fitness industry because he's played sports his entire life so he enjoys working with athletes and helping others on their fitness journeys. He believes mobility is important because it keeps people doing what they love, his favorite stretch is a hip flexor stretch. Outside of StretchLab he likes going on walks with his Siberian husky. A fun fact about Chris is he has been playing soccer for 19 years, the club team he played on was ranked 100th in the nation, and 75% of the kids he's coached have gotten college scholarships.

      Peter has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. He went to school and got a hack reactor certification and is pursuing a job as a software developer. Peter got into fitness because he played sports his whole life and got more into the benefits of activity when he started competitively playing badminton. He believes stretching is important so that you don't become comfortable in limited range of motion which helps prevent injury, his favorite stretch is pigeon. Outside of StretchLab he enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, and learning piano. A fun fact about Peter is he takes dancing classes!

      Steven has his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in exercise science from Long Beach State. He also works as a physical therapy and rehab aide and pursuing physical therapy school. Steven got into the fitness industry because he always had a passion for fitness and played a lot of sports growing up so he transitioned that into a career where he could help people find their passion for it too. Steven believes stretching is important to prevent injuries, keep balance in the body, and keep people mobile throughout their lives; his favorite stretch is a dead hang. Outside of StretchLab he likes going to the gym, playing video games, cooking, and playing sports. A fun fact about Steven is he speaks Vietnamese!

      Dwight has a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton and ACE personal training certification. He also works as a personal trainer with a focus in strength and conditioning and weight loss. He is pursuing going to nursing school. Dwight got into fitness because seeing progress in real time is very motivating for him and he wants to share that with other people to help them reach their goals. He believes mobility is crucial to overall quality of life and to prevent injuries, his favorite stretch is the QL stretch. Outside of StretchLab he enjoys going to the gym. A fun fact about Dwight is he used to do powerlifting competitions!

      Abigail has her bachelor's degree in business with a minor in biology from Geneva College, master's degree in exercise science from California University of Pennsylvania, ISS personal training certification, NASM corrective exercise certification, NASM performance enhancement certification, NASM speed specialist, NASM pre/post natal training certification, and Precision nutrtion 1 certification. She also has her own practice as an exercise physiologist. Abigail got into fitness and rehab because of her own injuries at a young age and wanted to learn and teach others how to move properly. She believes mobility helps you feel better and build muscle, her favorite stretch is the piriformis stretch. Outside of StretchLab she enjoys painting, playing with her dog, and flower arrangements. A fun fact about Abigail is she has a twin!
