Brian Pedersen
Flexologist
Since I became a Certified Personal Fitness Trainer in 2014, I have empowered many people to improve their health and daily life by increasing their strength, losing fat, and developing life-long habits that fuel their livelihood. My coaching experience includes working with everyone from youth to older adults in their 80s. I also am certified as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition where I help guide people in understanding how to apply the principles of good nutrition to their daily lives.
Throughout my career, I have coached people individually as well as in small and large group fitness classes. I love seeing the transformations that occur in people when they work toward achieving their wellness goals. I am so excited to begin working as a Flexologist for StretchLab and know firsthand the power of recovery on boosting resilience, strength, and overall wellness for both the body and mind!
I earned my Personal Fitness Trainer certification through W.I.T.S. (World Instructor Training Schools) and also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a Creative Writing concentration, from Montclair State University.
In my spare time, I coach clients as a fitness trainer and enjoy strength training, running, hiking, walking, reading, writing, and cooking.
I am looking forward to bringing my training experience to the clients of StretchLab to help them increase their freedom of movement and to feel better.
