      Kalena has dedicated more than 20 years in the Fitness and Wellness Community. As a Certified Fitness Trainer and Coach, her emphasis is in Holistic Fitness and Lifestyle. She holds specialty certificates in Managing Sports Injuries, Facilitated Stretch and Balance, Fall-Proofing for Senior Populations, and Plant-Based Sports Nutrition. As a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Kalena has guided clients for 13 years in healthy diet & lifestyle choices. Teaching stress management, yogic breath work, and compounding specialized herbal formulations for assisted health and natural healing.

      Fitness and health have been a big part of Paul's life. Initially studying to become a nurse and then switching to physical therapy, he has learned a lot in the field of health education. After receiving his associate degree in Kinesiology, Paul went on to study at Chico State University and earned a degree in Exercise Physiology. Upon completing his associate degree, Paul apprenticed years with multiple physical therapists in Redding, California. Paul enjoys working at StretchLab because it allows him to help members accomplish their goals in stretching and live their best life.

      Taylor attended UNLV where she received her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology Health Science. Taylor is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach and has been training clients one on one for 3 years. Being an athlete growing up, she grew a passion for competitive movement and shifted her focus to full body muscle recovery through stretch practices. Taylor wishes to continue helping others heal both mentally and physically through stretching.

      Born in Chicago but raised in Las Vegas, Manny spent the last 7 years learning about the human body and how it adapts to different stresses from exercise to injuries. He received a Bachelors in Exercise Science at Southern Utah University, and is attending Physical Therapy school at the College of Southern Nevada. He has countless hours of shadowing and working as a Physical Therapist Aide in Las Vegas and Cedar City, Utah.

      Carrie has studied movement and dance her entire life. After a long career as a dancer and aerialist, she is happy to share her experience and knowledge of the body with her community. Carrie is a 500RYT specializing in meditation and trauma recovery yoga. Currently, she is studying for her NASM personal trainer certification. She is very passionate about injury prevention and the important role movement plays in staying healthy and living a happy life. Carrie's goal is to help people feel better in their bodies and help them continue to do the things they love.

      Danielle has spent most of her life as a competitive dancer with the passion in sports performance. She graduated the University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in psychology and dance. While at university, she created and facilitated guided movement workshops for managing neurological disorders and reducing anxiety for research. Currently, she is studying to become an Orthopedic Physician’s Assistant. She has spent her career in the pursuit of improving functionality and performance of individuals to achieve a happier and fuller life.

      Growing up in Kansas, Bre has always lived an active lifestyle. Being a multi sport athlete has encouraged her to dive into the world of muscular pain relief. Bre received her BA in Exercise Science from Ottawa University, while also playing collegiate volleyball. Since moving to Vegas 2 years ago, she has become a licensed massage therapist and coaches club volleyball. In her free time, Bre enjoys unwinding with family, playing volleyball, and catching up with her friends and family back in Kansas.

      Lauren earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Throughout her undergraduate years, she garnered experience working in diverse healthcare environments, working as a personal care attendant and physical therapy aide. Driven by a commitment to advancing her expertise, Lauren aspires to pursue further education in physical therapy to become a licensed physical therapist. In her free time, Lauren performs traditional Polynesian dances such as Hula and Ori Tahiti at events across Las Vegas.

In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
