Flexologist
Originally from New York City, Samantha brings a lifelong passion for sports, fitness, and wellness to her work as a Flexologist. With both a Bachelor's and Master’s degree in Health Science, she blends deep academic knowledge with real-world experience to support her clients in achieving optimal movement and overall well-being. Samantha is a certified 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and has managed fitness centers and taught yoga across various gyms and studios throughout the Northeast. Her mission is to help clients relax, increase their range of motion, and stay injury-free—whether they’re training hard or just trying to move better in everyday life. She truly practices what she preaches, prioritizing her own strength, flexibility, and mobility. Samantha is passionate about helping others feel their best and live strong, healthy, and active lives.
