I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, and I worked at a rehabilitation center for a year where I worked on increasing ROM and muscle strength for people after surgeries or injuries. I speak Russian, English, and some Korean. I am excited to help you live your highest quality of life:)

      I graduated from the University of Utah with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. I love to learn and I aspire to be a Physical Therapist one day. Some of my favorite activities to do are; hiking, dancing, camping, boating, exercising, listening to music, and spending time with my family and friends. I am super excited to be apart of the StretchLab team!

      Hey! I’m Alicia! I recently graduated from the University of Utah with my Bachelors degree in Kinesiology. While I was in school, I worked as a Physical Therapy Technician for 3 years under a Physical Therapist specializing in Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Physical Therapy. To stay active, I like to do powerlifting and CrossFit. I also enjoy rollerskating with my boyfriend and paddle boarding with my dog. I have a passion for showing people how moving your body can aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation. I love helping people find their own unique and personal version of a healthy life and I look forward to helping you meet your goals!

      I graduated from Utah Tech University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and I come from a background in athletics and physical therapy. I’ve spent 4 years coaching/officiating/managing youth sports and have spent the past year working with orthopedic rehabilitation patients in a local clinic. I love playing outside and using my body in various sports and practices such as running, basketball, yoga, and snowboarding. One of my main goals is to understand how the body works and how we can stay active and healthy as long as possible. I would be delighted to help you meet your fitness goals!

      Paul recently relocated to SLC from Virgina where he worked at StretchLab Williamsburg as their Lead Flex since 2023. Paul is NASM certified Personal Trainer and Veteran of the United States Marine Corp. Paul is excited to continue his goal of helping people move and feel better here in SLC!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      HELP YOUR FRIENDS MOVE BETTER

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!

In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
