    Ben

    Flexologist

Hi! My name is Ben, and I’m passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best. I recently graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Kinesiology (Sports Science emphasis) and a minor in Chemistry. My background includes a competitive athletic career in Freestyle Aerials Skiing, where I trained with the U.S. Ski Team in Park City. That experience gave me a strong foundation in biomechanics, mobility, recovery, and injury prevention—knowledge I bring into every assisted stretch session. Outside the studio, I’m also a DJ and dance music producer, which fuels my appreciation for rhythm, flow, and creative movement. As a Flexologist at StretchLab, I love customizing stretches to support your goals—whether that’s improving flexibility, enhancing athletic performance, or simply helping your body feel better day to day.

    Flexologist

Hello I'm Jakobe! I’m a Utah Tech University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a strong background in athletics and physical therapy. I’ve spent four years coaching and managing youth sports, along with working hands-on with orthopedic rehabilitation patients in a clinical setting. I also worked at StretchLab for a year before taking a long road adventure and am excited to be back!! I’m passionate about movement and enjoy staying active through running, basketball, yoga, and snowboarding. My goal is to help clients improve mobility, move with less pain, and stay active for the long term. I’d love to support you in reaching your movement and wellness goals at StretchLab.

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Cassidy. I’m a lifelong dancer and a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with experience working with individuals managing chronic and acute musculoskeletal pain, injuries, and neuromuscular conditions. My background allows me to combine evidence-based care with StretchLab’s one-on-one assisted stretching and soft tissue mobilization techniques. I take a client-centered approach to movement and recovery, focusing on improving mobility, reducing discomfort, and helping clients feel more confident in how their bodies move. I believe education is an important part of the process and enjoy helping clients better understand their bodies while working toward their personal movement goals. At StretchLab, my goal is to help you move more freely, feel stronger, and experience lasting results—whether you’re recovering from injury, managing pain, or looking to improve flexibility and performance. Outside the studio, I enjoy dancing, watching movies, and crafting.
  • Angela

    Angela

    Flexologist

Hi, my name is Angela. I studied marketing and psychology at the University of Illinois, but my passion for movement and wellness led me into the world of assisted stretching, yoga, and bodywork. I’m a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and currently completing massage therapy training, where I continue to learn how the body holds tension and how the nervous system impacts mobility and recovery. As a long-distance runner with eight marathons and many half marathons completed, along with years of hiking and skiing in the Utah mountains, I understand firsthand how important flexibility, joint health, and proper recovery are for performance and longevity. At StretchLab, I use a personalized, one-on-one assisted stretching approach to help you improve mobility, increase flexibility, reduce tension, and move more comfortably in your daily life. My goal is to help you feel stronger, more balanced, and more confident in how your body moves—both inside and outside the studio.
