      Julia just graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Allied Health, with a concentration in Physical Therapy. She grew up as a competitive gymnast with a passion for staying active and healthy by playing tennis, swimming and of course stretching! Julia came to StretchLab to help people expand their minds and bodies through assisted stretching and relaxation.

      Bailey played 5 years of collegiate soccer at Midland University while also studying to receiving her degree in athletic training and psychology, with a minor in nutrition and coaching. After experiencing several surgeries and injuries herself, she developed a passion for recovery and helping others live a healthy lifestyle. She has been a Flexologist since 2022 starting in Omaha, Nebraska, and moved to Tampa a year later to continue working for StretchLab. Bailey is also a group fitness coach at Lab Athletics in Tampa which further allows her to help others work hard and feel their best. In her free time she enjoys staying active and going to the beach!

      Lauren is from Rochester, New York by way of Washington D.C. While attending American University, Lauren dove head first into the D.C. fitness scene. She was named 2018 Class Pass instructor of the year and after 8 years in group fitness, she decided to pursue her Massage Therapy License. Lauren specializes in Myofacial Release, Graston Therapy, and Sports Massage. Her goal is to help as many people as she can to move and feel better in their everyday lives, and StretchLab is the perfect place to do just that!

      Lucas grew up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. He earned collegiate credits with a focus on anatomy and physiology at Colorado Mountain College while also working as a physical therapy aide at the University of Colorado Hospital. Most recently Lucas graduated from Cortive Institute receiving his Massage Therapy License. As a volleyball player and instructor, Lucas values physical maintenance and takes pride in advancing youth athletics. StretchLab is aligned with his values and allows him to promote the importance of physical education and maintaining health and wellness while helping his clients live long!

      Brandon grew up in New Orleans and later moved to Ohio, where he graduated with his Bachelor's degree from The University of Cincinnati. In 2020 Brandon knew he needed a career change and quit his job to go back to finish his physical therapy prerequisites. While in school he started a new job at a physical therapy clinic where he worked closely alongside physical therapists for a little over two years. Brandon is currently pursuing DPT school in addition to his work at StretchLab. Brandon loves StretchLab because he gets to not only work directly with amazing people, but also see firsthand the amazing results of assisted stretching. "The fact that I get to work alongside a team that is passionate about helping people makes for an incredibly positive work environment!"

      Madison is a 200 hour RYT Yoga Instructor. She first started practicing yoga when she was 16 years old, learning the many benefits yoga has to offer the mind, body and soul. After working at a local holistic wellness center she was inspired to major in exercise physiology with a minor in art therapy at The University of Tampa. By gaining more knowledge on how the body moves and alternative forms of expression, she has been able to further her practice and ability to help others. Madison combines her knowledge in yoga and her experience working in physical therapy clinics to promote relaxation and grounding in the body. She looks forward to continue helping her clients move and feel their best!

      Taite is originally from Fenwick Island, DE. She attended the College of Charleston for undergrad and later Delaware Law School for a Masters in Business Law. She is currently in her final year of chiropractic school at National University of Health Sciences. Taite has certifications in taping, soft tissue, nutrition and acupuncture. Her love for running helped develop her passion for health and wellness. She believes stretching is an essential to a healthy lifestyle and is excited to share that passion.

      Tatiana moved to Tampa with a track and field scholarship from USF. She later transferred to UCF where she received her bachelor's in sports and exercise science. She recently graduated with her chiropractic degree. She is extremely passionate and knowledgeable about biomechanics and continues to learn different methods to assist others in improving their muscular imbalances, and function.
