I was born and raised in El Paso, TX. I made the adventure to San Antonio to pursue my degree after high school. After earning my Bachelors degree in Communication from UTSA, I entered the health and wellness field and went on to became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I bring to Stretch Lab over 20 years of experience in health and wellness, namely an extensive background in stretching techniques from the Japanese form of martial arts, Shotokan, where I hold a 1st degree black belt. A lifelong athlete and student of various sports, I also bring knowledge in the various forms of stretching techniques used in football and track, both of which I participated in all throughout high school. I know first hand the benefits of assisted stretching, having practiced this form as a 9 year old till now. My goal is to help you reach your goals, move better, and feel better in your time here at Stretch Lab. With years of training and first hand experience, I am confident I can get you moving and feeling noticeably better. That is my intention for you, and for everyone that steps into the world of Stretch Lab.
