I am a certified personal trainer and black belt Martial Arts instructor. I have been heavily involved in fitness for over 16 years as a runner at the half marathon level, multiple Tough Mudder participant, and avid weightlifter. Through all of my experience I have learned a valuable principle. Flexibility is the most neglected necessity of fitness. I came to StretchLab so that I can help others learn the importance of this principle.
