      Alex graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. He is currently training to become an Occupational Therapist. Some of his hobbies include: basketball, working out, lifting weights, styling clothes & being outdoors. Alex loves working at StretchLab because he enjoys meeting new faces and getting to work with them in their flexibility journey. He has a passion for helping guide people to a more positive lifestyle.

      Jenna has her undergrad it exercise science at OC. She is currently pursuing PTA school at SNU. Some of her hobbies include lifting weights, doing yoga, going on long walks, listening to podcasts, going to the farmers market, and thrifting. What she loves about StretchLab is the care for people's current and future state of well-being. Prevention is a huge part of a healthy lifestyle and overall quality of life so she loves getting to be a part of improving that!

      about Spring Creek

      StretchLab Spring Creek provides one-on-one assisted stretching designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce muscle tightness. Our sessions help clients improve range of motion, recover from workouts, relieve back and hip stiffness, and move more freely in everyday life. Each stretch session is customized by our highly trained Flexologists and focuses on key mobility areas such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and posture. Clients can choose from 25-minute or 50-minute assisted stretch sessions, available as introductory visits, drop-in sessions, or monthly memberships. StretchLab Spring Creek serves clients of all ages and activity levels — from people who sit at a desk all day to athletes looking to improve performance and recovery. Many members visit to improve mobility for activities such as golf, running, strength training, and daily movement. Whether your goal is to reduce stiffness, improve flexibility, increase mobility, or recover faster from workouts, StretchLab provides a safe, personalized approach to helping you move better and feel better.
