StretchLab Spring Creek provides one-on-one assisted stretching designed to improve mobility, increase flexibility, and reduce muscle tightness. Our sessions help clients improve range of motion, recover from workouts, relieve back and hip stiffness, and move more freely in everyday life.
Each stretch session is customized by our highly trained Flexologists and focuses on key mobility areas such as hips, hamstrings, shoulders, and posture. Clients can choose from 25-minute or 50-minute assisted stretch sessions, available as introductory visits, drop-in sessions, or monthly memberships.
StretchLab Spring Creek serves clients of all ages and activity levels — from people who sit at a desk all day to athletes looking to improve performance and recovery. Many members visit to improve mobility for activities such as golf, running, strength training, and daily movement.
