Lindsay
Flexologist
Lindsay began her career as a high school English, PE, and swim teacher before fully transferring to health and wellness. She began her journey in the wellness industry in 2015 when she started teaching group yoga classes, wellness events, and continuing education workshops. She also has training in bodywork, somatic movement, and trauma-informed yoga. Lindsay's background informs her approach at StretchLab and allows her to focus on both physical and energetic imbalances in the clients she works with. She believes wellness is a holistic integration of the body, mind, and spirit and continues contributing to mental health and wellness initiatives as a writer and subject matter consultant. Lindsay has developed mindfulness, meditation, and movement-based curriculum used in schools nationwide to support the health of both teachers and students. Lindsay is passionate about fostering a culture of mental, physical, and emotional well-being in her community and finds great fulfillment in helping others live fully and pursue what they love.
