I have a B.S. in Kinesiology and a minor in Human Development from UNC Greensboro. I was a competitive gymnast in Charlotte for 10 years and enjoyed learning, through gymnastics, how important stretching is for the body. What I love about StretchLab is being able to educate the community about stretching and learning more about the human body. I love seeing our clients set goals and achieve them. Outside of working at StretchLab, I enjoy coaching tumbling, working out and spending time with my family!
