As an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, I have had an incredible journey working in many areas of health, recovery and wellness. For many of those years, my areas of specialty included rehab of the hand and upper extremity, as well as treating injuries where onset came from neurological dysfunction. Over time, I realized that one of the most vital parts of my therapy approach always stressed the importance of stretch to achieve successful outcomes with all of our goals. I truly believe stretching is such an integral foundation to overall wellness in order to align our bodies before performing functional, repetitive and/or challenging tasks with work and leisure activities. I hope to share this belief and educate those I work with in how our body moves, the importance of stretch and flexibility and how greatly we can improve our quality of life. As a native Texan of over 40 years, I am now enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery of Colorado and exploring its history with my husband and 3 kids.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in dance. I worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, primarily boot camp style, yoga and spin. I am interested in going back to school to receive a doctorate in physical therapy. I am very passionate about stretching because I have seen first hand how impactful it can be! I was trained as a dancer for over 12 years where I studied ballet, jazz and modern style dance. Flexibility training has been a huge part of my life and so I am excited to share my extensive knowledge with every person I stretch!

I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for the past ten years working with the chronic pain population. I enjoy using hands on techniques to help the people I work with achieve their goals of improving the overall health of their musculoskeletal system. I have seen great improvements in overall mobility of the body with an assisted stretch routine and I have seen long lasting gains when incorporated with a regular exercise and stretch routine. I help all the people I work with improve overall mobility and flexibility so we can all "age gracefully", as I like to say.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. I am a former D1 collegiate football player and enjoy helping others reach their physical wellness goals whether that be stretching, strengthening, range of motion or mobility because I know that those improvements in my life have helped me feel and perform the best way I possibly can. I intend on furthering my education by going to school to become a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning coach. As a certified Flexologist I know that I can help anyone no matter their background crush their goals and activities of daily living as well as dominate at their sport/hobbies they engage in.

Hi y’all, my name is Sidney! I am a graduate from Metropolitan State University of Denver. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science with a minor in pre-health, I also have experience in personal training and rehabilitation. Health and wellness has always been a major part of my life; as growing up I was very involved with sports such as basketball, volleyball, and lacrosse. I fell in love with this path in high school, where I spent most of the time in the weight room, trying to better my overall health. I am interested in going back to school to receive a doctorate in Occupational Therapy, to expand my knowledge, as well as help better the health of others. Stretching is very important as it relates to the human body, as I have seen many people benefit from assisted stretching even in my past internship at West Metro Fire Protection. I look forward to sharing my knowledge with all of y’all!

Hello, my name is Juan! I have my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science with a minor in sports management from Metropolitan State University of Denver (Go Roadrunners!). I was born in Mexico City, coming over to the states when I was three years old. I grew up in a small town called Yuma right here in Colorado. Coming from a small town in Northeastern Colorado, sports and training is all we had out there to keep ourselves busy. I played football, basketball, and track and field growing up. All these sports had me coming back to the weight room year round, and that is where my passion for this field began. I have experience in personal training, group training, sports performance, and rehabilitation. When I am not working, you can always find me at the movie theater catching the latest release, playing video games, or playing some flag football! I am interested in returning to school at some point to continue my education. My overall goal is to help as many people out with the knowledge I have attained throughout the years. With the end goal being to improve your overall health whether that is with your strength, flexibility, or mobility. I am happy to be a part of this amazing group and working with you all in the future!

Hi everyone! My name is Sophia, and I graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Physiology and a minor in Business. Health, fitness, and movement have always been a huge part of my life. Growing up, I played a variety of sports and spent time assisting athletic trainers on the sidelines, which sparked my passion for helping people improve their performance, recover from injuries, and enhance their overall well-being. My fascination with human movement led me to pursue a career in healthcare, where I've gained experience working with patients in rehabilitation and wellness settings. I also work as a Physical Therapist Aide, where I have the opportunity to help patients throughout their recovery while gaining valuable hands-on experience. I plan to continue my education by earning my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree so I can further support people throughout their healing journeys. I love helping others move better, reduce pain, and achieve their personal goals, and I believe assisted stretching is a powerful way to improve mobility, prevent injuries, and enhance overall quality of life. When I'm not at the studio, you can usually find me spending time with friends, working out at the gym, attending concerts, or raising and training future service dogs. I love staying active and giving back to my community, and those experiences continue to shape who I am both personally and professionally. As a Flexologist, I'm excited to create a welcoming and encouraging environment where every client feels supported on their wellness journey. Whether you're an athlete looking to improve performance or simply want to move and feel your best, I look forward to helping you reach your goals and experience the many benefits of assisted stretching!
