      Having a lifelong passion for all things health & wellness led me to pursue a career in yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, specializing in Yin Yoga. The more I learned about how stretching directly affects our overall health, the more I wanted to learn and the more I wanted to share my knowledge to help others. As a certified flexologist I get to combine my love of stretching with the power of human touch. Whether you're looking to increase your mobility, improve your golf game, prevent injury as a athlete, or rehabbing a pesky affliction I am here to help. I am so proud to be a part of the StretchLab team and look forward to helping you reach your goals.

      As an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, I have had an incredible journey working in many areas of health, recovery and wellness. For many of those years, my areas of specialty included rehab of the hand and upper extremity, as well as treating injuries where onset came from neurological dysfunction. Over time, I realized that one of the most vital parts of my therapy approach always stressed the importance of stretch to achieve successful outcomes with all of our goals. I truly believe stretching is such an integral foundation to overall wellness in order to align our bodies before performing functional, repetitive and/or challenging tasks with work and leisure activities. I hope to share this belief and educate those I work with in how our body moves, the importance of stretch and flexibility and how greatly we can improve our quality of life. As a native Texan of over 40 years, I am now enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery of Colorado and exploring its history with my husband and 3 kids.

      I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in dance. I worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, primarily boot camp style, yoga and spin. I am interested in going back to school to receive a doctorate in physical therapy. I am very passionate about stretching because I have seen first hand how impactful it can be! I was trained as a dancer for over 12 years where I studied ballet, jazz and modern style dance. Flexibility training has been a huge part of my life and so I am excited to share my extensive knowledge with every person I stretch!

      I have a Bachelor's degree from Metropolitan State University in Exercise Science with an emphasis in Strength and Conditioning as well as a license in Massage Therapy. Together these shaped my love for learning the body and all its complexity. In addition, I obtained my certification as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I have a strong belief in the benefits in stretching, the power of touch and creating a plan of preventative care versus waiting till it's too late. I believe the greatest thing I can do is learn through experiences and of course through books. If I'm not learning I'm not growing! I love to escape my busy life by traveling the world, spending time with family, playing volleyball and watching movies!

      I am finishing my Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. I plan to further my education towards becoming a physical therapist and aim to grow my skills and knowledge to better the lives of those around me. For as long as I can remember, I have loved sports and learning about the human body. In my free time, I love going on hikes with my husband and puppy, camping, and spending time with family. I’ve always been passionate about helping others and together we can work on reaching your goals.

      I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for the past ten years working with the chronic pain population. I enjoy using hands on techniques to help the people I work with achieve their goals of improving the overall health of their musculoskeletal system. I have seen great improvements in overall mobility of the body with an assisted stretch routine and I have seen long lasting gains when incorporated with a regular exercise and stretch routine. I help all the people I work with improve overall mobility and flexibility so we can all "age gracefully", as I like to say.

      I am currently taking a year off of medical school to be with family as we welcome our first baby to the family. Prior to medical school and StretchLab, I completed my Masters in Biomedical Science from Regis University. Before going down the medical route I was a collegiate football player and know the benefits that stretching can have on the body. I believe that the body needs to have time for maintenance to recover from the various stresses we put on it throughout the week. Stretching being one of the scientifically most beneficial when it comes to muscular recovery.

      I am a Colorado native with a passion for fitness. I am completing my degree in Exercise Science at Metropolitan State University. I am also a personal trainer with a certification through ISSA. I am a big believer in having a well-rounded wellness plan that can help you establish a healthy foundation that promotes the balance of physical activity, maintaining your overall well-being, and preventing/ managing chronic conditions. Due to participating in sports such as lacrosse, I had my fair share of injuries and have seen what stretching and other remedies can truly do for your body. Outside of my work I love to travel, spend time with loved ones, explore new areas of fitness, and more recently read more books!

      Hello, I am an experienced Kinesiologist with an extensive background in instructing and team leading health, wellness, and fitness industry professionals. I am proficient in applied research in strength and conditioning, nutritional science, injury rehabilitation, and have had experience working in occupational and physical therapy. I’m a passionate and motivated healthcare professional looking to improve the quality of life of our clients through promoting pain-free movement through StretchLab. Past and current clients include numerous professional athletes from a variety of sports as well as novice and amateur backgrounds.

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
