      Having a lifelong passion for all things health & wellness led me to pursue a career in yoga. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher, specializing in Yin Yoga. The more I learned about how stretching directly affects our overall health, the more I wanted to learn and the more I wanted to share my knowledge to help others. As a certified flexologist I get to combine my love of stretching with the power of human touch. Whether you're looking to increase your mobility, improve your golf game, prevent injury as a athlete, or rehabbing a pesky affliction I am here to help. I am so proud to be a part of the StretchLab team and look forward to helping you reach your goals.

      As an Occupational Therapist for over 20 years, I have had an incredible journey working in many areas of health, recovery and wellness. For many of those years, my areas of specialty included rehab of the hand and upper extremity, as well as treating injuries where onset came from neurological dysfunction. Over time, I realized that one of the most vital parts of my therapy approach always stressed the importance of stretch to achieve successful outcomes with all of our goals. I truly believe stretching is such an integral foundation to overall wellness in order to align our bodies before performing functional, repetitive and/or challenging tasks with work and leisure activities. I hope to share this belief and educate those I work with in how our body moves, the importance of stretch and flexibility and how greatly we can improve our quality of life. As a native Texan of over 40 years, I am now enjoying the beautiful mountain scenery of Colorado and exploring its history with my husband and 3 kids.

      I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with a minor in dance. I worked as a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, primarily boot camp style, yoga and spin. I am interested in going back to school to receive a doctorate in physical therapy. I am very passionate about stretching because I have seen first hand how impactful it can be! I was trained as a dancer for over 12 years where I studied ballet, jazz and modern style dance. Flexibility training has been a huge part of my life and so I am excited to share my extensive knowledge with every person I stretch!

      I have been a licensed Physical Therapist for the past ten years working with the chronic pain population. I enjoy using hands on techniques to help the people I work with achieve their goals of improving the overall health of their musculoskeletal system. I have seen great improvements in overall mobility of the body with an assisted stretch routine and I have seen long lasting gains when incorporated with a regular exercise and stretch routine. I help all the people I work with improve overall mobility and flexibility so we can all "age gracefully", as I like to say.

      I graduated from Metropolitan State University of Denver with my Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training, where I was a collegiate athlete myself. I worked professionally at the collegiate level, as well as in orthopedic clinics for acute and chronic injuries over the past 6 years. I focus on education for proper body mechanics and injury prevention. I enjoy being outdoors trying new things or curled up with a good book. I have always put a large emphasis on overall wellness, staying active and receiving all benefits that come from keeping our bodies able, healthy and moving. From sports to daily living, our bodies need the direct benefits from Stretching, so we can continue forward and keep living our best lives!

      I have a Bachelor's Degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University. I am a former D1 collegiate football player and enjoy helping others reach their physical wellness goals whether that be stretching, strengthening, range of motion or mobility because I know that those improvements in my life have helped me feel and perform the best way I possibly can. I intend on furthering my education by going to school to become a Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning coach. As a certified Flexologist I know that I can help anyone no matter their background crush their goals and activities of daily living as well as dominate at their sport/hobbies they engage in.

I have extensive training in biomechanics, human physiology, and kinesiology and flexibility and mobility mechanics. I believe that mobility is how we live life more richly and look forward to joining you on your wellness journey!

      Hello friends, my name is Lily! I just recently moved to Colorado from the east coast looking for a new experience & to dive into more passion-based living. Health and wellness have always been an integral piece of my life; growing up playing sports, getting into weightlifting and finding absolute peace and joy in yoga, meditation, and Pilates. As I have moved through these spaces I have found that feeling best in my body comes from flexibility and mobility first and foremost. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from the University of New Hampshire (COVID graduate!) and spent some time after traveling to explore the world around me as well as myself. My soul’s work is in service to others and global healing through heart-centered, trauma-informed care. I am a Reiki 1 practitioner and honor all bodies with an understanding and intuitive touch. I love animals, being immersed in nature, and cooking and eating with loved ones. I value community, health, acceptance, and truth. I am a friend, a sister, a lover, a student, a yogi, free spirit & novice skateboarder. New experiences light my fire and I am looking forward to you all being a part of that!

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      Let's get your friends and family on the bench so they can experience the StretchLab difference in their lives! We'll email your friends for you and invite them in for an Intro stretch. When your referral signs up for a membership you will both get a $25 retail gift credit!
