Philip believes that it’s never too late to be the person you might have been. As a multi-sport athlete throughout his life, fitness has been a foundational staple for him. However, while working in the corporate world several years ago, he was invited to a holistic nutrition seminar. From there wellness and fitness, went from One Dimensional to Panoramic 3D. Understanding the body and its ability to change, heal, and transform on multiple levels became his passion in life – and he hasn’t looked back. He is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), a Certified Personal Trainer (International Sports Science Association) and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance). He has worked with seasoned athletes, chronic diseases and your neighbor next door. Each challenge is an opportunity, every ‘body’ is unique and Philip is inspired to discover a path best for you.
