Tyler graduated from University of Texas Arlington with a BS in Exercise Science and interned in a physical therapy setting. His background has been in health/wellness fields including respiratory therapy, electrophysiology, personal training, and chiropractic tech. His current pursuit and passion is for yoga as a therapeutic modality. Back in 2010, while doing personal training, he used to think there should be a place where you could go and just get a stretch and take the guesswork out of it and finally found StretchLab in 2019. He came in for a demo stretch as a client and liked it so much that he wanted to start doing this and share the benefits with others.

Betty is a certified nutrition specialist. Currently in school, pursuing a career as a Dietitian. She earned her Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology from Angelo State University. She is a former track and cross country athlete. During her free time, Betty enjoys running, hiking and getting creative with cooking healthy meals. She’s excited to be promoting a healthy lifestyle at StretchLab!

Philip believes that it’s never too late to be the person you might have been. As a multi-sport athlete throughout his life, fitness has been a foundational staple for him. However, while working in the corporate world several years ago, he was invited to a holistic nutrition seminar. From there wellness and fitness, went from One Dimensional to Panoramic 3D. Understanding the body and its ability to change, heal, and transform on multiple levels became his passion in life – and he hasn’t looked back. He is a Certified Holistic Nutrition Counselor (Institute of Integrative Nutrition), a Certified Personal Trainer (International Sports Science Association) and a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor (Yoga Alliance). He has worked with seasoned athletes, chronic diseases and your neighbor next door. Each challenge is an opportunity, every ‘body’ is unique and Philip is inspired to discover a path best for you. Philip believes StretchLab’s ability to provide restoration, mobility, and movement - using knowledgeable therapists with different expertise - will bring out your absolute best.

Taija earned her B.S. in Exercise Science with a minor in coaching from Southern Illinois University, and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Kinesiology at University of North Texas, with hopes to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. She has a back ground in youth coaching and exercise prescription and assessment for cancer survivors. In her free time she likes to go running and hiking, and spends a lot of time outdoors. Taija is excited to use her time at StretchLab to gain more knowledge in field that can be used to help people feel better and meet their goals.

Annika earned her B.S. in Kinesiology with a concentration in Motor Behavior from Texas A&M University in 2020. (Whoop!) She is currently doing Post Bacc studies at UTA with a focus on Physiology & Sports Psychology looking to pursue a career in Physical Therapy. During her time at A&M, she participated in Undergraduate research as a junior and was published with a group of peers at the Able, Active, and Adaptive conference. Their focus was on Therapeutic Practices to Alleviate Joint Pain in Children with Cerebral Palsy. She was also a part of the fundraising committee for Aggies for Limbs, an organization dedicated to donating prosthetics to those who cannot afford them. In her free time, she enjoys sketching, strength training, volleyball, and taking her Australian shepherd on adventures. Playing and coaching volleyball at the club level she has seen the damage of overuse injuries in sports. She is excited to work at Stretchlab and reinforce the importance of stretching to her clients, be that for up-and-coming athletes, those that work on their feet all day, office workers, or the kid wranglers.

Derek got his bachelors in kinesiology with a concentration in exercise science. He’s been training in martial arts for 16 years ranging from jujitsu, Taekwondo, Muay Thai, and more. He was a college cheerleader and also competed in junior Olympic weight lifting and he has experience with personal training. He loves the idea of training muscles for all types of situations whether that be for self defense or better living or quality. On his free time he enjoys training his body in powerlifting and combat martial arts. He really believes in the stretch training and science we have behind our PNF method of stretching

Deandra has a background in Massage Therapy and Yoga! She has been doing massage for about 7 years now and yoga for 10 years. Her specialty is using a variety of different techniques based on the clients body and specific needs. She has a vast experience working with mostly athletes and people with chronic migraines and neck tightness. Being a flexologist at stretchlab allows me to continue my passion for helping people be their happiest and feel their healthiest! In her free time she loves to spend time with friends and family, be outdoors, and weight train!

Warren graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a BS in Kinesiology/ Exercise Management and Biomechanics. As a former college athlete he understands the importance of recovery and its benefits to not only maintaining performance but enhancing it. Warren has worked for Texas Health Sports Medicine and is currently the Fitness Director of an Independent living facility, his experience ranges from adolescents to older adults, athletes to general population. His passion for helping others achieve optimal health and wellness brought him to StretchLab with a desire to change the perspective of assisted stretching.

Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

One on One

One on One

A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
