Hi, I’m Victoria! I’ve been passionate about wellbeing and exercise for over 6 years, experiencing firsthand the benefits that movement and wellness can have on both the body and mind. My goal is to help others feel better, move more freely, and create healthier habits through personalized stretching and recovery.
I have a background in water aerobics for seniors, where I developed a strong understanding of mobility, patience, and adapting movement to each individual’s needs. I also have a background in communication, which helps me create a welcoming and supportive experience for every client.
Currently, I am a trainer in formation, continuing to expand my knowledge in fitness, recovery, and mobility to better support people of all activity levels. I am also bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing me to connect with and support a wider community.
