I am a certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist for the past 5 years. I am also a NASM Personal Trainer & Youth soccer Coach. I love all things outdoors! Soccer, hiking, snowboarding and working out on the beach are some of my favorites. I love StretchLab's amazing environment and the opportunity to help my clients reach their goals.

I have been a Personal Trainer for athletes on the track and in the weight room for 10 years. I am also a Yoga and fitness class instructor. I played college football at Dartmouth. I am a Decathlete, and a hopeful for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for Javelin. I really enjoy anything where I get to be active! I am an adventurer at heart, so I love hiking and exploring new trails and areas. I love StretchLab because it gets straight to the heart of helping people improve their bodies and move better. It allows me to work 1-on-1 with people in a pure form and therefore allowing them to better express themselves through movement.

I am a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I have worked in the fitness industry on both the corporate and Trainer side for 7 years. I love impacting people’s lives by getting to know them on a deeper level and hearing all about their life stories. I believe this is an essential part of my drive to help people, recover faster, relieve pain, and overall enhance life so that their stories can keep being written! Outside of StretchLab, you’ll find me on the mats at a jujitsu gym, drinking coffee, playing music way too loud, or working on a sketch that’s probably driving me nuts. Let’s look forward to feeling better and helping YOU live long!

I have a bachelor degree in Management from Texas A&M University, an ACE Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, & hold an Exercise Physiology and Nutrition certification from UCSD. I have been the owner of Forever Fit San Diego, an outdoor personal and group training company for 17 years. I truly believe that health and fitness begins within and that we can all become stronger athletes in the sport of LIFE. My goal working with people in fitness is not only to live a long life, I want them to THRIVE in every decade. I love being outdoors and I love learning! You will always find me reading something for fun and something to help me grow. I’m an avid Padres fan, college football fan (Go Aggies!) and tennis fan. I have three adult kids all currently living out of state so my favorite moments are having my family together. StretchLab is an environment where we never stop sharing and learning from one another. I have the opportunity to help a wide variety of people move better, perform better and feel better. Stretching is an underappreciated component of health and fitness; a real game changer! I love helping people stay in the game of life by continuing to be able to do those things they love most.

I hold a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness Administration from the University of Jamestown. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Exercise and Fitness Management at Corban University. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I recently moved to San Diego to start life in California with my Fiancé. All my life, I have been actively involved in sports, but baseball became my greatest passion. I began playing at the age of 5 and continued for 20 years, ultimately completing my collegiate career as a left-handed pitcher. In college, I faced several injuries, which led me to work closely with athletic trainers that sparked a deep interest in human health and inspired a commitment to helping others maintain or regain their physical well-being. Whether I’m working at StretchLab, training at the gym, or enjoying outdoor activities, I’m always focused on improving health, both my own and that of others. I believe the human body is incredibly complex and constantly challenged by life’s demands. My mission is to help people live pain-free, active lives without limitations.

I am a recent graduate from UC San Diego, where I got my B.S in Health Psychology. Alongside my studies, I have been teaching yoga, following my 200 RYT. I love to teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga styles. Since being a teenager, the wellness sphere has always interested me, leading me to pursue bodywork and mindful movement. I believe everyone should have access to their most health-abundant self and live in tune with their mind and body. This translates over to my work done with the non-profit CleanEarth4Kids advocating for our community to ensure that we breathe clean air & water. During my free time, you can find me reading, writing, and exercising my creativity. Daily, I indulge in my own yoga practice if I’m not teaching or doing pilates! I love to play dress up, spend hours at sea, and travel. After I studied abroad, I fell in love & my dream is to live in Europe. StretchLab is a very intentional space filled with such a warm and caring community, it’s easy to love. I’m very grateful that my work is centered around helping people feel better while also creating bonds and connections with my co-workers and clients! I find that there is always something new to learn, whether it’s about the holistic body or just fun facts that people have to share. Stretchlab offers expansion in many ways!

I am an ACE certified personal trainer and certified group class instructor. I have been a personal trainer for almost 5 years now and with a Business Management Degree from St. John’s University. My first love for fitness came when running track in high school and being motivated by my coaches to maximize my potential and become the best athlete I possibly could. After moving to San Diego from New York,  I decided to achieve my dream of helping people and entered into the personal fitness world. In my spare time I love to run, go on hikes and play basketball at my local gym. You can also find me making music or DJing when I’m not in the studio. I also really love to travel whenever I’m able as I love experiencing other cultures (as well as the food). A couple things I love about StretchLab are the community and all the interesting people I get to see on a daily basis. I love helping people reach their goals and when they do gives me amazing fulfillment. As well as furthering my education and making me feel challenged!

I graduated with my Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from Azusa Pacific University, which allowed me to obtain my certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Through my major and school, I was able to join a medical trip to Uganda, Africa in May of 2026. This experience gave me the opportunity to assist in physical therapy, teach PE classes, and provide holistic and palliative care, which has inspired my decision to eventually continue my education and pursue a career in Physical Therapy. In my free time, I enjoy taking up new hobbies, such as building Lego sets, painting, scrapbooking, etc. I have also developed a recent love for hiking and especially for traveling. StretchLab allows me to make an impact in people’s lives, which is what I love! It helps me build connections and improve people’s quality of life.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from California State University, Sacramento, and I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology at Point Loma Nazarene University. I have six years of experience as a personal trainer and previously worked as a physical therapy aide, where I gained hands-on experience helping patients improve movement, recover from injuries, and build confidence in their bodies. As a competitive powerlifter, I also understand the importance of balancing strength, mobility, and recovery. I’m passionate about helping people move better and live pain-free. My approach combines movement science and personalized care to support long-term health. Whether you’re recovering from an injury or simply want to feel your best, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals. Outside of work and school, you can catch me playing a lot of Minecraft, going on hikes, and going to museums. I also have an artistic side where I have picked up a few instruments such as the piano and guitar, and love painting when I have the time. What I love about Stretchlab the most is the ability to help people relax from their daily stresses. It also gives me great hands on experience to grow my skills as I further my career.

After growing up on the east coast, I moved to California to attend SDSU for my B.S. in Kinesiology, and am now currently pursuing my Doctorate of Physical Therapy here. With 5+ years of experience in fitness and rehabilitation as a PT aide, trainer, researcher, volunteer, swim instructor, surf instructor, etc, I understand the complexity and value of living without limitations. As a biomechanics researcher with the SDSU basketball, lacrosse, and baseball teams, my lab tested players movement patterns, and used any deficits to craft individualized programs to limit in-season injuries. I have always been super active, loving all ball and board sports, including playing D1 rugby, so optimizing quality of life through quality of movement has always been a huge focus for me. In my free time I enjoy traveling, learning new skills like cooking, card tricks, speaking Spanish and playing guitar, and I love to surf or play soccer when I have the time. I can’t wait to share my love for moving without restrictions, and help as many people as possible to live a life that they love!
