I am a certified Massage & Bodywork Therapist for the past 5 years. I am also a NASM Personal Trainer & Youth soccer Coach. I love all things outdoors! Soccer, hiking, snowboarding and working out on the beach are some of my favorites. I love StretchLab's amazing environment and the opportunity to help my clients reach their goals.

I have been a Personal Trainer for athletes on the track and in the weight room for 10 years. I am also a Yoga and fitness class instructor. I played college football at Dartmouth. I am a Decathlete, and a hopeful for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games for Javelin. I really enjoy anything where I get to be active! I am an adventurer at heart, so I love hiking and exploring new trails and areas. I love StretchLab because it gets straight to the heart of helping people improve their bodies and move better. It allows me to work 1-on-1 with people in a pure form and therefore allowing them to better express themselves through movement.

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology and I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. I am a bodybuilder and powerlifter, and I have been in the fitness industry for the past 10 years. In highschool I discovered weight training and developed my passion for powerlifting. I am constantly looking for new techniques to further my weightlifting skills and challenge myself. If I'm not in the gym you'll probably find me relaxing at home with a good book, or binge watching a new tv series. I love working in such a welcoming and caring environment at StretchLab. My goal is always to help people in whatever way I can, and StretchLab gives me the platform to do that.

I am a National Association of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and corrective exercise specialist. I have worked in the fitness industry on both the corporate and Trainer side for 7 years. I love impacting people’s lives by getting to know them on a deeper level and hearing all about their life stories. I believe this is an essential part of my drive to help people, recover faster, relieve pain, and overall enhance life so that their stories can keep being written! Outside of StretchLab, you’ll find me on the mats at a jujitsu gym, drinking coffee, playing music way too loud, or working on a sketch that’s probably driving me nuts. Let’s look forward to feeling better and helping YOU live long!

I have a bachelor degree in Management from Texas A&M University, an ACE Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer, & hold an Exercise Physiology and Nutrition certification from UCSD. I have been the owner of Forever Fit San Diego, an outdoor personal and group training company for 17 years. I truly believe that health and fitness begins within and that we can all become stronger athletes in the sport of LIFE. My goal working with people in fitness is not only to live a long life, I want them to THRIVE in every decade. I love being outdoors and I love learning! You will always find me reading something for fun and something to help me grow. I’m an avid Padres fan, college football fan (Go Aggies!) and tennis fan. I have three adult kids all currently living out of state so my favorite moments are having my family together. StretchLab is an environment where we never stop sharing and learning from one another. I have the opportunity to help a wide variety of people move better, perform better and feel better. Stretching is an underappreciated component of health and fitness; a real game changer! I love helping people stay in the game of life by continuing to be able to do those things they love most.

I hold a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and Management, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Fitness Administration from the University of Jamestown. I am currently completing my Master’s degree in Exercise and Fitness Management at Corban University. In addition, I am a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). I recently moved to San Diego to start life in California with my Fiancé. All my life, I have been actively involved in sports, but baseball became my greatest passion. I began playing at the age of 5 and continued for 20 years, ultimately completing my collegiate career as a left-handed pitcher. In college, I faced several injuries, which led me to work closely with athletic trainers that sparked a deep interest in human health and inspired a commitment to helping others maintain or regain their physical well-being. Whether I’m working at StretchLab, training at the gym, or enjoying outdoor activities, I’m always focused on improving health, both my own and that of others. I believe the human body is incredibly complex and constantly challenged by life’s demands. My mission is to help people live pain-free, active lives without limitations.

I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning. Originally from Upstate New York, I’ve played sports my entire life, specifically lacrosse, which sparked my passion for fitness and human performance! Before earning my degree I worked as a certified EMT in emergency medicine, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience treating injuries and understanding how the body functions under pressure. I’m also a certified Peer Support Specialist, and I believe that truly connecting with people and understanding their stories, challenges, and goals is the foundation of meaningful, lasting wellness. Outside of work, you can find me soaking up the outdoors whether that’s hiking, a long coastal run, playing pickleball, or exploring my new passion for biking! As someone passionate about a holistic approach to longevity, StretchLab is the perfect space for me to integrate my background in movement, recovery, and human connection. It’s more than just stretching, it’s about empowering people to feel better in their bodies, reduce pain, prevent injury, and move through life with greater strength and confidence!

I am a recent graduate from UC San Diego, where I got my B.S in Health Psychology. Alongside my studies, I have been teaching yoga, following my 200 RYT. I love to teach hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga styles. Since being a teenager, the wellness sphere has always interested me, leading me to pursue bodywork and mindful movement. I believe everyone should have access to their most health-abundant self and live in tune with their mind and body. This translates over to my work done with the non-profit CleanEarth4Kids advocating for our community to ensure that we breathe clean air & water. During my free time, you can find me reading, writing, and exercising my creativity. Daily, I indulge in my own yoga practice if I’m not teaching or doing pilates! I love to play dress up, spend hours at sea, and travel. After I studied abroad, I fell in love & my dream is to live in Europe. StretchLab is a very intentional space filled with such a warm and caring community, it’s easy to love. I’m very grateful that my work is centered around helping people feel better while also creating bonds and connections with my co-workers and clients! I find that there is always something new to learn, whether it’s about the holistic body or just fun facts that people have to share. Stretchlab offers expansion in many ways!
