Liza
Flexologist
I am a graduate of the University of Delaware with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning. Originally from Upstate New York, I’ve played sports my entire life, specifically lacrosse, which sparked my passion for fitness and human performance! Before earning my degree I worked as a certified EMT in emergency medicine, where I gained invaluable hands-on experience treating injuries and understanding how the body functions under pressure. I’m also a certified Peer Support Specialist, and I believe that truly connecting with people and understanding their stories, challenges, and goals is the foundation of meaningful, lasting wellness.
Outside of work, you can find me soaking up the outdoors whether that’s hiking, a long coastal run, playing pickleball, or exploring my new passion for biking!
As someone passionate about a holistic approach to longevity, StretchLab is the perfect space for me to integrate my background in movement, recovery, and human connection. It’s more than just stretching, it’s about empowering people to feel better in their bodies, reduce pain, prevent injury, and move through life with greater strength and confidence!
