      Lead Flexologist
      Emily is the Lead Flexologist and is one of the two founding flexes at StretchLab Shreveport. She has a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana Tech University and is an experienced and certified personal trainer. She is an avid runner and lifter, and enjoys playing soccer and doing mobility work in her free time. She loves working at StretchLab because she feels she is actually able to help people and her passion for stretching has really gown since starting this job.

      Jade graduated from the University of New Orleans with a bachelor’s degree in Human Performance and Health Promotion in 2022. Her passion for playing a part in improving the health of her community comes from her history of being a student athlete and working as a physical therapy technician. Jade's experience as a collegiate distance runner allows her to understand the importance of proper body function in current and former athletes. In her free time, she likes to run, read, and listen to Taylor Swift!

      Katelynn graduated from Louisiana College with her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is a recent graduate from Concordia University, St. Paul with her Master’s in Clinical Exercise Science. She has experience in cardiac rehab, physical therapy and has been involved in the physical fitness industry since high school. Katelynn prioritizes fitness and health in her life and strives to promote it through others by assisting in their wellness. “Seeing the results clients receive and witnessing their relief from pain or tightness in their body throughout their program is so rewarding as a health and wellness professional”. When Katelynn is not working, she enjoys spending time with her babies or working out to improve her own wellness journey.

      Emily graduated from California State University Fullerton with a Bachelor of Arts Dance Degree. Aside from working as a flexologist she is also an experienced dance teacher. She believes her dance background will help her clients better understand the importance of each stretch. Emily looks forward to sharing her passion of helping others achieve their goals and changing their quality of life for the better.

      Allen is senior at Louisiana State University in Shreveport pursuing a degree in Health and Exercise Science concentrated in physical therapy. He values the ideals of StretchLab, as injuries can be avoided with just a little extra movement every day.

      Tatiana graduated from Southern Arkansas University with a B.S in Exercise Science. She spent fours years playing basketball and running track while in high school and also has experience in personal training. She enjoys helping others feel better about their wellbeing and strongly believes that stretching improves the ability to do daily tasks and enables muscles to work more effectively. She likes spending her free time with her dog, Delta and playing basketball.

      Della graduated from Texas Christian University with a BFA in Modern Dance. She has spent most of the past 35 years of her creative career educating people of all ages in a variety of dance techniques, performance art forms and body maintenance. She has always used her knowledge of the body and movement to encourage and empower others to not just dream but DO. Her work at StretchLab allows her to continue her passion for encouraging others to grow and keep growing. During her off time, she enjoys choreographing, playing the flute, growing older with her husband, and loving on her children, her grandchildren and great grandchild.

      Morgan graduated from McNeese State University in 2019 with a Bachelor's in Health and Human Performance concentrating in Sports and Wellness Management. He ran track in college and excelled at the 100 meters. He loves to educate members about proprioception and help them to achieve their goals! He also enjoys running, working out, and spending time with his wife and 3 children.

      Taylor graduated from LSUS with a degree in Psychology. He played collegiate baseball and has had multiple injuries throughout his life. As a result, he experiences constant pain and has developed a passion for Holistic Health including learning different ways to help manage pain in a natural way. It has become his goal to address all aspects of health and wellness and provide the same relief that he feels with others. He is currently in massage therapy school and will be graduating soon. Taylor also has his yoga certification. In his free time, he loves being a dad and enjoys nature.

      Luke graduated from the University of Minnesota Morris with a Bachelors degree in Environmental science and a minor in Biology. He played soccer in college which helped him realize the benefits of stretching and developing a consistent recovery routine. He is a certified personal trainer and has a passion for helping others reach their wellness goals. In his free time he enjoys working out, hiking, and playing various sports such as soccer and basketball.

      Bronwyn graduated from Louisiana Tech with a degree in animal science. She followed this by becoming a Licensed Massage therapist where she practiced in the Shreveport area for over 20 years. After a brief break from the bodywork industry, she discovered she missed the environment and helping people improve their quality of life. Bronwyn has always made a point to stay fit and active and properly stretching is a big part of that. She wants to once again share her passion and desire to help improve physical fitness with the community. In her spare times she enjoys training and racing BMX bikes with her 2 boys.

      Lauren graduated from Louisiana State University with a business degree in communication and has a huge heart for helping others! She spent the majority of her life as a dancer in hip hop, tap & jazz and also some years in competitive cheer. She was a Dallas Cowboys Cheerleader finalist and volunteers her spare time helping her church in various forms of creative arts. Lauren has a history in teaching yoga and kickboxing, so she knows the importance of taking care of your body & has a passion to fuel others to reach their goals. She believes stretching is a vital and necessary component to overall health and loves being part of a special movement to help people LIVE LONG
