  • Hunter Williams

    Hunter Williams

    Flexologist

Hello, my name is Hunter Williams. I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. After moving to Texas to attend Baylor University, I received a Bachelor’s degree in Health Science Studies in 2022. I also have a personal training certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine and much experience working in Physical Therapy clinics. In addition to working as a Flexologist, I am a part-time independent day trader, also known as a short term investor. This profession has aided my knowledge on tracking progress, understanding psychology and behavioral changes, and showing some love to yourself! Some things I like to do in my free time are read self-improvement books, exercise, watch sports, and binge Netflix. My goal here at Stretchlab is to educate my clients on ways to improve their quality of life through movement and decrease the amount of physical stress they may undergo in their daily lives.

I am from Brownsville, Texas, and have lived in San Antonio since 2021. I went to the University of Texas at San Antonio where I received my Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. I have experience working with young students with disabilities, helping to develop a workout routine for them as well as coaching/teaching them how to play team sports. My passion is helping others by sharing knowledge in areas such as exercise, stretching, and injury prevention. I dealt with injuries and rehabilitation as an athlete, so being able to assist those in their journeys of recovery or achieving their fitness goals is extremely rewarding. I believe I possess the knowledge and skills to provide excellent care here at StretchLab. I hope to see you in our studio very soon!
