I am a New York City transplant from Richmond, Virginia, and just recently relocated to White Plains. I grew up dancing, and hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance. Performing and teaching dance led me to New York City 5 years ago. My passion for movement blossomed well beyond the art of Dance as I fell into the boutique fitness world. I began running in 2018, and am so excited to be running the New York City marathon in 2022. I continue to teach dance classes to students of all ages at local studios, and am pursuing my NASM Personal Training Certification. When I'm not teaching, running, or stretching, I'm dancing around my house to Taylor Swift with my dog, Willow.
