    Danijel has always been intrigued by the human body. He graduated from the San Francisco School of Massage and Bodywork in 2018 and became a certified massage therapist. Looking to expand on his knowledge of the different ways he can help people he sought out an interest in becoming a Flexologist at StretchLab. He believes in the idea of "touch is healing" and that, with his new found passion for stretching and the benefits you can have from a continuous routine, he can't wait to work with a variety of people and aid them on their fitness journey. His passion is to make people feel good.

    Andrew is currently finishing up his last semester at CSU Fullerton to complete his Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. His passion for the health and fitness industry came from watching and being involved in a variety of sports growing up; with football and basketball as his favorites. This involvement in sport led him to pursue a career in exercise, and more specifically in recovery therapy. Andrew is extremely excited to work with new and returning clients, and is always working to enhance the experience on the bench!

    Quianna is a passionate flexologist whose first love has always been movement. With a background in both dance and athletics, she is dedicated to helping others discover their unique movement styles and unlock their body’s full potential. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with a focus in Exercise Science from CSU Monterey Bay, where she developed a deep interest in dance movement therapy. During her studies, she had the opportunity to work with individuals living with Parkinson’s disease, further fueling her commitment to movement as a form of healing and empowerment. In her free time, Quianna continues to explore movement through dance and is always expanding her understanding of the body. She looks forward to helping you meet your stretch therapy goals with care, intention, and expertise.

She focuses on integrating mobility, flexibility, fitness, and nutrition to support overall wellness and long-term results. Her goal is to help every client feel stronger, more balanced, and confident in their movement both inside and outside the studio.

    Lauryn graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and currently studying at University of California, Santa Cruz Extension’s Pre Med Post Baccalaureate Program. She found her passion for human movement and rehabilitation through a sports medicine elective class, along with witnessing how movement can heal and invigorate one’s life from an injury. Using Lauryn’s ever-expanding experience and knowledge as a physical therapist aide and motion capture analysis volunteer, she hopes to help people regain mobility, function, and vitality, so they can flourish in their everyday lives. In her free time, Lauryn likes to do kung fu, lion dancing, and reading.

    Alan, is currently completing my kinesiology degree through an online program at Concordia University Chicago. He has a passion for helping people improve their overall health, achieve their goals, and find relief. Having played baseball for 18 years, Alan transitioned into coaching immediately after junior college. For the past two years, he has been coaching high school baseball and currently serve as the JV Head Coach at Santa Clara High School.

StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
