      Hailey
      Hailey
      Flexologist
Hailey brings a dynamic blend of athleticism, expertise, and heart at StretchLab. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science and is a certified Barre instructor with a background that includes Division I college soccer and hands-on experience working in a physical therapy clinic. She plans to pursue a career in nursing, continuing her passion for helping others feel and function at their best. She loves connecting with members on a personal level and finds real gratitude in watching their progress each time she sees them. For Hailey, the most rewarding part of her work is getting to know the people she helps and seeing the impact her guidance has on their movement and confidence. Outside the studio, you’ll find her at workout classes—Pilates, Barre, and spin are her favorites—crocheting, trying new foods, or traveling whenever she gets the chance.

There, Nat supported certified Athletic Trainers with rehab programs, game coverage, and injury assessment and treatment for student athletes. When not in the studio, you’ll find Nat crocheting, diving into a good non-fiction or fantasy book, playing video games, or staying active. What Nat loves most about StretchLab is building meaningful relationships and guiding our members toward healthier, more mobile lives. Empowering people with better flexibility, mobility, and confidence—and watching them reach their goals—is what fuels Nat every day.
