I am a 500-hour registered yoga instructor and an ACE certified Personal Trainer and a Road Runner’s Club of America Certified Run Coach. I am a USA Triathlon Athlete and played basketball, volleyball and golf throughout the years. I love to teach yoga, train for a running or triathlon event, and reading. I am an avid Jeep enthusiast and enjoy spending time with the local Jeep group enjoying trails and giving back to the community. I love to travel but my favorite place is to relax anywhere on the beach. I understand how to get the most out of your workouts and how important it is to recover well and take care of your body. If we take care of our bodies, age should not be a limiter in physical activity. Being an athlete, I understand the value of a regular stretching routine and I love helping people feel better in their bodies. StretchLab allows me to do this.

I have been a CPT for 3 years and a former occupational therapy aide. I have a Masters degree in Human Performance & Sports Management. Outdoor activities are my favorite. I was a competitive swimmer, so I love being in the water whether its swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, or just hanging out. I also love being in the gym lifting weights or spending time to myself crafting. StretchLab allows me to not only help people feel their best. StretchLab also allows me to help educate clients on the importance of living a healthy lifestyle in a way that suits them.

I have a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. I have a background in cardiac rehabilitation, dance, medicine, and human performance research. I am an aerialist and have been a dance teach for over 10 years. In addition to aerial arts, I still love to dance. I enjoy yoga, spin classes, strength training, and hiking. StretchLab allows me to help people reach their flexibility goals. StretchLab feels like a big family!

I have served in the health & wellness industry for over 12 years as both a yoga instructor and esthetician. I am certified in chair yoga, enjoy working with senior adults and people with disabilities. I love to travel with my family and cannot live without iced coffee or pie. One of my greatest joys is wearing matching outfits with my daughter. I enjoy taking yoga classes and learning from other yogis. I am so grateful to work at StretchLab because they really care about their clients and take the time to help them. People always leave happier than when they came in.

I have certifications as a Corrective Exercise Specialist & Silver Sneakers instructor. My hobbies include reading and continuing education within the health & fitness industry. I enjoy hiking, yoga, roller skating, kayaking & camping. In the last 25 years, I have seen that flexibility is the key to avoiding injuries and achieving your fitness goals. StretchLab allows me to help clients to do just that!
