      Cabe is a dedicated stretch therapist with a strong background in sports medicine. Prior to joining StretchLab, he gained valuable experience as a stretch therapist, combining his expertise in athletic training with a passion for helping individuals overcome past injuries, joint and muscle tightness, and general physical limitations. What he enjoys most about this profession is the opportunity to connect with people. Every day brings new stories—whether about travel, adventures, personal challenges, or humorous experiences—that make the job both fulfilling and engaging. Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in the state of Arkansas, he holds certifications in CPR, AED, bloodborne pathogens, Stop the Bleed, RockTape, RockFloss, and RockPods. Additionally, he is certified by the Board of Certification (BOC) as an Athletic Trainer. Outside the studio, he embraces an active lifestyle, spending time camping, hiking, mountain biking, whitewater kayaking, and practicing traditional archery.

      Melissa is a certified Group Fitness Instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). With a deep passion for health and movement, she is dedicated to helping others feel better and improve their quality of life. Her favorite part of working at StretchLab is building connections with members and assisting them in releasing tension and finding relaxation through stretching. She finds it incredibly rewarding to see the positive impact stretching has on their overall well-being. When she’s not stretching or teaching group fitness classes, she enjoys spending time with her family, riding bikes, and playing at parks—always embracing an active and joyful lifestyle.

      Sean holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas and has a background in massage cupping therapy, as well as patient care in both chiropractic and sports recovery settings. He has had the opportunity to work with personal injury cases, professional athletes, and learn from many mentors in the health field. His passion for helping people led him to become a Flexologist, seeing it as a valuable tool on his journey to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic. He loves the supportive and encouraging environment that StretchLab offers and finds joy in seeing people take steps to improve their overall health and quality of life. Outside of work, he enjoys baseball, pickleball, hiking, football, and nutrition. He also has a passion for traveling and continuously learning new things.
      Matthew Harris
      Matthew Harris
      Flexologist
      Matthew has been a dedicated personal trainer since 2012, specializing in small group and one-on-one training. His expertise lies in corrective exercise and movement analysis, helping clients improve functional movement patterns and overall performance. Matthew's experience with partnered stretching began in 2008 while working with AcroYoga in the California Bay Area. Over the past decade, he has expanded his skill set to include trigger point therapy and fascial release techniques, further enhancing his ability to support clients' mobility and recovery. In July 2024, Matthew joined StretchLab, where he continues to apply his extensive knowledge of flexibility and movement mechanics. Looking ahead, he plans to pursue a career as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) within the next two years while continuing his work with StretchLab throughout his training.

      Gavin joined StretchLab in March of 2024. He is a NASM certified personal trainer and currently studying to become certified in nutrition and corrective exercise. He has a big passion for fitness and hopes to bring his knowledge to others and help them unlock a new life in wellness.
      Arie Pruett

      Arie recently earned a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from the University of Arkansas. During her time at the university, she completed an internship where she supported peers in adopting healthier lifestyles through personalized fitness assessments and data-driven progress tracking. Arie has a strong personal interest in mobility and flexibility, recognizing their critical role in helping individuals—especially older adults like her own family—maintain independence, prevent injury, and stay active as they age. She is passionate about promoting long-term wellness and is committed to continuing her education to further develop the knowledge and skills needed to help others lead healthier, more active lives.

      Group Stretch

      Group Stretches are led by one of our highly trained Flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches and teach proper stretch tool use.

      One on one session with a Flexologist

      One on One

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.
