      Tara graduated from Sanford Brown Institute as a massage therapist in 2008. She has enjoyed helping people gain body awareness, learn the importance of self care and how to obtain healthy muscles. Specializing in deep tissue Prenatal massage and therapeutic massage; she is also has experience with MS patients. Tara’s knowledge and experience benefits clients in their stretching journey. In her free time, she loves quilting and spending time with her family.

      Lead Flexologist
      Kelly is an occupational therapy assistant who is familiar with MS and a 500 hour trauma-informed yoga instructor; she owns Circle of Life Yoga in Olmsted Falls. Kelly is also Prenatal certified. Kelly has a passion for learning how trauma affects the mind and body, and how stretching and increased flexibility can unlock stored emotions. Kelly’s sessions at Stretch Lab focus on the breath and improving body awareness. Outside of Stretch Lab, Kelly and her two kids, Brayden and Kyla, rescue stray cats, and enjoy learning how to help them adapt to indoor living.

      David is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer who has experienced with MS, Parkinson's and Stroke patients. Former overseas professional basketball player, David knows the importance of a great stretch and its benefits. He enjoys helping people reach their life’s full potential, all while improving their bodies quality. Enjoying all things fitness and healthy lifestyle living, he looks to improve client’s functional lives and quality of life.

      Jenna is a life-long practitioner and student of yoga. Jenna is also Prenatal Certified and is experienced with MS. She enjoys both learning and teaching anatomy, and by passing that knowledge on, she helps clients achieve more stability, symmetry, and movement. If she's not spending free time with her family, she's in a yoga class or workshop, learning about movement and anatomy.

      Scott is a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer, he owns Fitpros LLC personal training in Westlake, OH. He has a passion for helping others feel better through all aspects of health and wellness; mind, body, spirit. When he's not in the studio you can find him playing golf or downhill skiing. His goal at StretchLab is to help people improve their quality of life and leave with a smile on their face!

      Jenny is a licensed Massage Therapist & Somatic Regulation Therapist, with training and certification in multiple modalities of bodywork such as Prenatal and MS massage. She has a degree in Sport and Exercise Science, and in Anthropology and Psychology.

      Juliana is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer passionate about injury resistance and rehabilitation. She enjoys teaching others about the importance of incorporating a stretch routine into their daily lives. When she’s not in the studio, her free time is spent in the gym, creating handmade rugs or hanging out with her dog.

      Heather has worked with all age levels and all levels of fitness as a Certified Yoga Teacher, Experienced with Prenatal, a Canfit Pro certified Personal Trainer, a certified BodyTalk practitioner, Experienced with MS patients and owns her own online coaching platform. She is passionate about combining all the tools she has acquired into a comprehensive method for healing and empowerment. Heather is passionate about languages, practices vedic astrology, yoga, enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and exploring new places.

      Tristan is a chiropractor. He completed his Bachelor’s of Science in Athletic Training at Heidelberg University where he also played four years of baseball. He graduated from Northeast College of Health Sciences in New York with his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Tristan has additional experience with improving sports performance and rehabilitation to help those recovering from injury and/or prevent further complications. He enjoys interacting with others and to help educate people on how to improve their health and well being.

      Renee has been instructing yoga, mediation, and breathwork since 2012, and was recently certified with International Association of Yoga Therapists. Her focus in each session is to provide both physical and mental relaxation to help clients feel rejuvenated and mobile as they go about their daily activities. Outside of StretchLab, Renee enjoys visiting the National Parks, planting flowers for the pollinators, and spending time with her dog, Louie.

      A 25 or 50 minute one-on-one stretch customized to your specific needs, focusing on problem areas or targeting certain muscle groups.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
