      Alice graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science. She is currently working also in the Physical Therapy field with a focus on cardiac health. Outside of StretchLab, Alice enjoys music, singing, video games, drawing, and working out!

      Abigail graduated from the University of the Arts with a BFA in Dance. Alongside her degree, Abigail has certifications in Pilates Matwork, The Franklin Method - Pelvic Floor Fascia, and The Franklin Method - Art and Science of the Plie. Outside of StretchLab, Abigail enjoys yoga, readingand writing poetry, and hikes!

      I am a current Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Drexel University with a strong interest in movement, recovery, and overall wellness. I’m originally from the North Jersey area and enjoy connecting with people through health and fitness. Outside of work, I love playing pickleball, getting competitive with paintball, and spending time with friends over board games. I’m excited to help others move better and feel better through guided mobility work.

      Madison is a NASM certified fitness trainer and injury prevention specialist. She also coaches track & field and cross country at a high school in center city. Outside of Stretchlab she is always looking for another 5k to run, tasty meal to eat, or exploring a new part of Philadelphia.

      I’m originally from Maryland, I have an extensive background in competitive gymnastics. Having spent years both competing and coaching, I have experience training and stretching athletes of all ages, from children to adults. With a deep understanding of flexibility, body alignment, and recovery, I am passionate about helping my clients increase their range of motion and feel their best to reach their goals!

      My name is Jeison, and I am professionally trained in physical therapy with a strong passion for helping individuals to improve mobility, performance, and overall function. With experience working across diverse patient populations, I focus on delivering high-quality interventions for reaching each patient’s unique needs and goals. My approach emphasizes education, active participation, and long-term wellness to support optimal recovery and improve daily functioning.

      Karina is an Interdisciplinary Creative and Professional Dance Artist. She holds a certification in Holistic & Integrative Health, and is a certified Hot Pilates Instructor. She believes physical movement allows for holistic healing of the mind, body, and spirit. Karina graduated from Temple University with a B.B.A in Economics. She enjoys strength training in the gym, volunteering within the community, and spending time in nature with her dog!

      Corey Melancon is a New Orleans–born movement specialist with a BFA in Dance from Temple University and a Master of Liberal Arts from Rutgers University. Trained in Martha Graham technique, she brings a strong focus on core strength, mobility, and body alignment to her work. Corey has taught extensively, including with the New Orleans Ballet Association, helping build strength, improve flexibility, and move safely and efficiently. She continues to advance her expertise through ongoing training and is currently pursuing a PhD in dance at Temple University.

      Originally from North Jersey, Rachel Orji is a professional dancer with a BFA in Dance from The University of the Arts and a certification in Pilates Matwork. She’s passionate about all things movement and loves helping others feel more freedom in their bodies through her work at StretchLab. Outside the studio, you can find her exploring the city on walks, crocheting, or searching for the best Chai latte in Philly!

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
