Ashley
Ashley began her movement journey as a collegiate soccer athlete, where she built a strong foundation in body mechanics, performance, and recovery. After graduating, she discovered a deep passion for yoga and became a certified 500-hour yoga teacher in 2023.
Blending anatomical knowledge with mindful movement, Ashley takes a holistic approach to wellness, incorporating organic movement, breathwork, and nervous system awareness into her work. At StretchLab, she brings this approach to assisted stretching sessions, helping clients improve flexibility, reduce stress, enhance recovery, and move with greater ease and confidence in their daily lives. Her goal is to support the body’s natural ability to heal and perform at its best through personalized stretch sessions.
In her free time, Ashley enjoys practicing yoga and dance, spending time at the beach with her dog, and enjoying quality time with friends and family.
