      Lead Flexologist
      DJ is proud to serve as the Lead Flexologist at StretchLab Renton, bringing over two years of hands-on experience from StretchLab Issaquah. With a degree in Kinesiology and a passion for movement, DJ is committed to helping people improve their mobility, reduce tension, and feel their best every day. He’s especially passionate about educating youth on the importance of fitness and lifelong movement. Outside the studio, DJ enjoys basketball, lifting, hiking, and staying active in every way. DJ brings a holistic, energized approach to assisted stretching and is excited to lead the Renton team in delivering exceptional care and results to the community.

      Ricky
      Ricky is a Kung-Fu instructor with passion to learn about health and wellness for the mind, body, and soul with purpose of helping children and families. As a flexologist he is excited to provide assisted stretching for members that will help them feel better! In his spare time he enjoys dimsums and drinking tea with family and friends, learning and working on projects regarding health and wellness. Practicing Kung-fu is fun and meditative for him and he likes to travel to meet friends and families, and enjoy new experiences. He enjoys being a part of Stretchlab because it gives him an opportunity to work closely with the community and help them achieve their health and fitness goals.

      With over a decade of experience in sports massage, Joseph brings a deep understanding of muscle anatomy, recovery techniques, and the vital role flexibility plays in overall physical health. His hands-on background allows him to tailor each session to support clients’ specific wellness and mobility goals. Outside of work, Joseph finds joy in spending time with his family—whether it’s outdoor adventures, playing sports, or simply enjoying quality time together. These moments help him recharge and maintain a strong sense of balance and well-being. Joseph is proud to be part of the StretchLab team, where he can apply his expertise in a collaborative environment focused on individualized stretching programs. He values the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on clients’ lives, and is inspired by the team’s shared commitment to excellence, innovation, and holistic health.

      Belay is a Masters of Physical Therapy with over 15 years of experience in clinical practice, education, and community-based rehabilitation. With a deep belief in the power of movement as medicine, Belay brings a wealth of expertise and a compassionate approach to help individuals improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance their overall quality of life. Throughout his career, Belay has empowered countless individuals to take control of their physical health. He’s also a dedicated volunteer, an avid reader, and someone who values quality time with his family. As part of the StretchLab team, Belay is excited to blend his clinical knowledge with personalized care—helping members move better, feel stronger, and live more actively, one stretch at a time.

      With a background as a Physical Therapist Assistant and now a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Matt brings a wealth of experience and empathy to every session. His journey fuels his passion for working with clients who have faced similar challenges, helping them move better and feel stronger. With a deep belief in the transformative power of stretching, Matt loves being part of StretchLab, where he can actively change lives through customized mobility routines. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring new cuisines—South Korea is a favorite destination he visits almost every year. Matt’s mission is simple: to help others discover the life-changing impact of proper stretching and lead healthier, more active lives.
      Mel
      Mel
      Melissa has nearly 15 years of experience in healthcare and wellness. She began her career as a nursing assistant and phlebotomist while studying athletic training, gaining valuable experience working with diverse populations and health challenges. Her time in healthcare, especially through Covid, inspired her to pursue massage therapy, giving her a more holistic approach to health and healing. Since then, she has worked as both a travel rehab assistant and massage therapist, where she’s found great fulfillment in helping people reconnect with their bodies—physically, mentally, and spiritually. Outside of StretchLab, Melissa loves being outdoors—whether hiking, biking, or kayaking—and also enjoys relaxing with a good book. Passionate about human potential and personal growth, she is always eager to learn, explore, and share that passion with others.
      Pluem
      Pluem
      Pluem is a personal trainer from Thailand and an ACSM-certified fitness professional. A recent graduate of Gonzaga University with a degree in kinesiology, Pluem brings a strong foundation in exercise science to his work. Outside of training, he enjoys following sports, particularly the NBA and Premier League, and counts Manchester City legend Sergio Aguero among his favorite athletes. He also plays golf whenever he can and regularly trains to compete in endurance events, including Spartan races. At StretchLab, Pluem has developed his skills in one-on-one recovery sessions and thrives in a collaborative environment surrounded by inspiring leaders and teammates. He is excited to contribute to the community and help clients improve mobility, performance, and overall well-being.
      Kyla
      Kyla
      Kyla is an herbalist and Pilates instructor with a deep passion for helping people feel more connected to their bodies. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Exercise Sciences, further expanding her knowledge of movement, recovery, and overall wellness. With a holistic approach to health, Kyla blends her background in Pilates and herbalism to support clients in moving better, feeling stronger, and improving their overall well-being. Outside of her professional work, Kyla enjoys spending time outdoors, running, cooking, and exploring all things self-care. She loves being part of StretchLab because it gives her the opportunity to help clients feel better in their bodies while being surrounded by a positive, supportive, and uplifting community.

      Vienna
      Vienna is a business student and Marine Corps veteran with a strong background in physical training and performance. During her four years of service, she consistently trained herself and others to meet and exceed rigorous physical fitness standards, developing a deep understanding of strength, endurance, and injury prevention. She joined StretchLab to continue expanding her knowledge in mobility, flexibility, and recovery techniques, and to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives. Vienna is passionate about helping clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free!

      Byron has been a personal trainer for over 16 years, with a lifelong passion for fitness that began at the age of 12. He played both college and professional football, experiences that shaped his dedication to strength, performance, and overall wellness. For more than a decade, Byron has helped clients of all ages and fitness levels achieve their goals—whether it’s building strength, improving range of motion, increasing endurance, or simply feeling more confident in their bodies. He is committed to guiding each client every step of the way on their fitness journey. Outside of training, Byron enjoys watching sports and attending live sporting events. He loves working at StretchLab because it allows him to help people of all ages improve their quality of life, enhance recovery, and move better every day.

      Isabella is a physiology student and rower at UCLA with a strong passion for functional fitness and overall wellness. Her experience as a physical therapy aide allows her to bring a thoughtful, informed approach to each stretch, focusing on proper movement and recovery. She is dedicated to helping clients improve their mobility, feel better in their bodies, and enhance their overall quality of life. Isabella creates a supportive and encouraging environment, always taking the time to listen and connect with each client. Outside of StretchLab, Isabella enjoys hiking, backpacking, swimming, reading, and strength training.
