Hey, I’m Stephanie! Although I was born and raised in Vermont, I’ve recently decided to call Arizona home along with my two dogs. I graduated from Norwich University and became a Licensed and Certified Athletic Trainer. As a life long athlete, I strive to help everyone improve their physical health, regardless of their individual starting point.

My name is Blaine and I was born and raised on Oahu, Hawaii. I attended Colorado Mesa University where I got my Bachelor of Science Degree in Fitness and Health Promotion. I also played baseball during my time at CMU in which we were a nationally ranked D2 baseball program. I am also a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. My goal is to create meaningful relationships with others and spread knowledge about the health and fitness industry through stretching.

Since graduating from Central Washington University, I have spent several years as a personal trainer with a focus on restorative fitness, while raising a big family at home. I also hold a Certified Personal Trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. It gives me great joy to come to work at StretchLab each day to facilitate restorative fitness practices while meeting all kinds of wonderful people!

Hi! I’m Jeff. I grew up in Spokane Washington and I love sports and fitness. I attended Western Washington University where I earned my degree in Exercise and Sports Science. After graduation, I decided to further my education a received a Master’s in Education from Whitworth College. After teaching high school mathematics for almost a decade, I decided to pursue a career in healthcare and became a certified surgical technologist. As a surgical technologist, I focused on orthopedics -- joint replacements, spinal fusions, and sports medicine. I have also taught surgical technology at the collegiate level. I look forward to using my expertise to help you improve your flexibility and balance you muscular forces throughout your body to help you perform better and reduce aging-associated physical ailments.

HI!(: my name is Tayler T! I’ve lived in the east valley of Arizona my whole life. I graduated Higley High School in 2020 and attended two years at the East Valley Institute of Technology for Human Anatomy and Physiology, as well as Chiropractic and Physical Therapy Assisting - and was fortunate enough to be apart of the #1 HOSA chapter of 2019-2020! I have a background as a lifeguard and a physical therapy Technician. I am currently certified as a Personal Trainer and Body Building Specialist, as well as a certified Nutritionist through ISSA. I am pursuing further certifications such as Corrective Exercise and Transformation Specialist. I hope to offer my knowledge and passion of healthy living to help others build their confidence and well-being.

Hi I’m Hunter, I have lived in Arizona my entire life. My aspirations for the medical field started many years ago when I began my studies of anatomy and physiology. I have been in the physical therapy world for multiple years, working in outpatient and sports facilities. I love to see progress in my clients, my purpose is to resolve any issue presented to me through individual plans of improvement. I am looking forward to stretching with you!

Hi my name is Bria, I graduated from NAU with a Bachelors in Exercise Physiology and a minor in nutrition. My goal in life is to be able to help others do what they love for as long as they possibly can. I have two dogs and I am constantly staying active with them! In my free time I love being outside as much as I can and country swing dancing.

Hi! I’m Marlee! I was born and raised in the suburbs of St. Louis, MO and attended college at the University of Missouri (Mizzou) where I majored in Health Science with an emphasis in Rehabilitation Science with minor areas of study in wellness, psychology, and education. While I was there, I worked in a clinic that specializes in physical, occupational, and speech therapy for children with autism! After school, I moved back to St. Louis and did a little bit of hospital work in geriatrics as well before moving out to Arizona in 2023. I hope to bring a little light into your life as you continue to better your health with me at Stretch Lab. I look forward to seeing you soon!
