      I am so excited to be a part of the Progress Ridge Team. I am a huge proponent of stretching being a crucial part of the recovery process and best thing for injury prevention. I have a BA in Dance Performance, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Coach, and Former Professional DanceSport Competitor. Being a Flexologist brings all my passions to one place where I will be able to share all the knowledge with members and help them achieve their true potential! When I am not working, I love exploring the great PNW, spending time with my hubby, 2 cats, and drinking ALL THE COFFEE!

      Being a triathlete I fell in love with yoga to help my body stay limber for performance. I believe stretching and flexibility are key to performance and a healthy lifestyle. I have NASM certifications in personal training , performance enhancement specialist, fitness nutrition specialist. TRX certified, 200 hour yoga teacher training. USAT triathlon coach. I have worked as a personal trainer, coach, fitness/yoga instructor and physical therapy assistant. I want to help others be the best version of themselves and that starts with a flexible body and mind.

      Being in the health and fitness world for ten years, I'm always expanding my knowledge on how to train clients. From TRX instructor, one-on-one training, group fitness coach, spin instructor to yoga teacher and now a Flexologist at StretchLab. I became an AFAA Group Instructor and a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in Portland then acquired by 200 RYT a few years after. WIth the background that I have, I've been able to help with a wide variety of clients that I've had over the years. I hope to not only expand my knowledge with StretchLab but also educate, motivate and inspire those with whom I cross paths.

      StretchLab is revolutionizing one-on-one assisted stretching and flexibility training classes. In your 25 or 50 minute one-on-one session, you will work with one of our trained flexologists who will guide you through a series of stretches custom designed for your specific needs. In our innovative group sessions – no matter what your range of motion or fitness level is, we have a solution for you. Our group stretches are Flexologist led and will help to increase your flexibility and improve your range of motion.
