I am so excited to be a part of the Progress Ridge Team. I am a huge proponent of stretching being a crucial part of the recovery process and best thing for injury prevention. I have a BA in Dance Performance, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, TRX Certified Coach, and Former Professional DanceSport Competitor. Being a Flexologist brings all my passions to one place where I will be able to share all the knowledge with members and help them achieve their true potential! When I am not working, I love exploring the great PNW, spending time with my hubby, 2 cats, and drinking ALL THE COFFEE!
