With a career spanning seven years as a NASM-certified personal trainer, Daniela has honed her skills in guiding individuals towards their fitness goals with precision and care. In addition to her personal training endeavors, Daniela brings eight years of proficiency as a Les Mills group fitness instructor. Her dynamic approach to group fitness has empowered countless individuals to push their boundaries and achieve remarkable results. Committed to a holistic approach to health, Daniela is also certified in nutrition and functional movement. Her comprehensive understanding of the interplay between nutrition and physical wellbeing allows her to offer clients personalized guidance on achieving optimal health and vitality. Recognizing the profound connection between physical and mental wellbeing, Daniela is currently on a path to becoming a certified life coach. She firmly believes that true quality of life encompasses both the physical and the mental, and is dedicated to assisting her clients in achieving a harmonious balance.

      Heidi is a fitness enthusiast, spreading positive vibes and healthy habits. She is a BASI certified Pilates instructor with over 12 years of studio experience. To increase the quality of individual movement, Heidi is also certified in Redcord/ActiveCore suspension training from the Nuerac Center in Princeton. Heidi is always looking to find new ways to help clients stay active and pain-free. She believes Stretch Lab can help bridge the gaps between injury, health and optimal fitness. Stretching can change the way people feel and move in their daily lives. Strengthen and lengthening muscles to improve mobility and reduce pain. Heidi has seen increased performance and less injuries with her clients of various interests and abilities, empowering them to live fearlessly.

      Ellyn personally discovered the benefits of fitness while attending Pennsylvania's most comprehensive law enforcement academy. Following five years in the field, she made a bold career shift from law enforcement to pursue her true passion. She returned to school to earn her degree in dietetics and also acquired certifications in Crossfit, USA Weightlifting Sport Performance Coaching, and NASM Certified Personal Training. Currently with almost 10 years of experience in the fitness industry, her expertise lies in seamlessly integrating nutrition, fitness, and mindset. Ellyn loves empowering others to cultivate healthy habits that align with their individual lifestyles. With a commitment to sustainability and longevity, she promotes a balanced yet nourishing nutritional approach (she’s a foodie!) and also advocates the importance of strength training for everyone!. Additionally, Ellyn places great value on the role of stretching in overall well-being and firmly believes in its benefits, both physically and mentally. It constitutes an essential “piece of the puzzle” of our overall health. Ellyn hopes to inspire others to piece together their own holistic puzzle and to lead lives they genuinely love.

      Everyone, meet Annie! She is currently finishing up her undergraduate studies in Exercise Science at Rutgers University. When she is not at school, she is working as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, specifically working with those living with special needs and disabilities. Annie also works with the New Jersey Special Olympics as a Coach for the Young Athletes Program. Her past background experiences include working in physical therapy offices as an aide, and in orthopedic physician offices as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has a true passion working as a team with others, and guiding them to their best self! Annie’s mission is to treat everyone that walks in as family, and encourage them to reach their functional mobility goals! Annie looks forward to meeting you here at StretchLab, and helping you towards a happier and healthier YOU!

      Maeleena is a Spring 2022 George Mason University graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology, as well as a second degree black belt in Taekwondo. Her martial arts experience is what led her to choose her field of study. She grew up in West Windsor, having moved there at the age of eight. Highlights of her past experiences include being a Taekwondo instructor and working as a chiropractic assistant. Helping to empower and inspire people to believe in and achieve healthier and happier lifestyles is her strongest motivation; Maeleena would be grateful and honored to play a part in your fitness and wellness journey!

      Jonathan Currently a student working towards his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Jonathan began working at StretchLab to gain valuable one-on-one manual treatment experience while using exercise and stretching to improve the quality of life of his clients. Jonathan graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Psychology from Rutgers University and will be starting his 3 year doctorate program this summer. Previously, he has worked on the Rutgers football athletic training staff, as an EMT crew chief, and as a physical therapy aide at Saint Peter’s outpatient sports and general rehabilitation clinic, combining a breadth of practical knowledge in the field with caring and quality care that will more effectively help you achieve your personal fitness goals.

      Nazia Naz is an experienced professional with a passion for health and fitness. She has her Doctorate in Physical Therapy and has over 10 years of experience in the healthcare field. Her goal is to be a certified Orthopedic Specialist. She enjoys working one on one with clients and modifying stretch programs that work best for each individual client. Naz feels that stretching is a great way to avoid injury, increase blood flow for healing purposes, and increase joint range of motion. She is looking forward to meeting new clients and helping them achieve their stretch goals!

      Shawn is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a strong passion for fitness. Growing up in a military family gave him a strong work ethic and sense of discipline. Having been a track star growing up in school, this started him on his fitness journey. After many years experience in the gym using all types of fitness equipment, he decided to make the transition to a career in personal training and stretching. Shawn takes a holistic approach to fitness training, encouraging clients to focus on physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness. His past experience includes caregiving for special needs adults, and warehouse manager for pharmaceutical products. Excited to learn as much as possible in the industry, he is also working towards certifications in nutrition and coaching. Shawn believes in the value of stretching for improved performance both mentally and physically. He is looking forward to helping YOU feel better and move better!!

      Kayla is truly dedicated to helping others feel mentally and physically better about themselves. Kayla ran track starting in middle school. By the time college came around, she received a scholarship to run for a collegiate track program at Rutgers University. Competing in the Big 10 conference is one of her greatest accomplishments (Go Knights!). Kayla is also studying for NASM's Personal Training Certification, which will be completed in the near future. Kayla strongly feels that it's very important to be in tune with the healthier version of yourself. She looks forward to playing a big part in making your wellness journey a great one!

      Julia cares deeply for the health and wellbeing of others. She is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-certified yoga instructor (RYT) and completed her trauma-informed training in person while working towards her undergraduate degree at NYU Stern School of Business. She graduated in May 2023 with a Bachelor of Science in Business concentrating in Sustainable Business. Julia is also a certified Usui reiki master, and she is well-seasoned in facilitating various types of meditation including sound baths and visualization. Julia’s passion lies in assisting others on their journey towards health and wholeness. Pursuing yoga, mindfulness and balanced wellbeing in her own life proved to her the tangible results of a consistent practice. That she gets to help others see this for themselves is very rewarding! She looks forward to assisting you in transforming your pain into freedom!!!

      Hannah is the Lead flexologist for the Stretchlab, Princeton Studio! She graduated from University of California, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. For three years throughout her career at UCLA, she was a student athletic trainer working with the UCLA Football team, the Women's Beach Volleyball team, and the Gymnastics team. As a student athletic trainer, Hannah performed treatments and wrote rehabilitation plans for her athletes. After graduation, she worked as a PT aide in a traditional outpatient clinic. Hannah joined the stretch lab team because she wanted to do more to help people and is thoroughly enjoying the hands-on work with her clients! In 2024, Hannah will be attending school to earn her doctorate degree in Physical Therapy. With her passion for improving the lives of others, Hannah is eager to work with you on your fitness and wellness journey!

His versatility as a performer allows him to seamlessly transition between different genres, showcasing his exceptional skill and artistry. In addition to his dance background, Jamal is also a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. His extensive knowledge of the human body and fitness techniques enables him to help others achieve their health and wellness goals. Whether it's through one-on-one training sessions or leading dynamic group fitness classes, he is committed to empowering individuals to live their best lives. With a strong foundation in dance, a passion for fitness, and a captivating stage presence, Jamal continues to inspire others through his artistry and dedication.
