Julia is a NASM certified full time personal trainer and group fitness instructor with a background in exercise rehab, athletic training, physical therapy, and nursing assistance. With her bachelors degree in health and human kinetics exercise science from Ohio Wesleyan University, her passion is to help people become the best versions of themselves and to live their best quality of life as long as possible. In addition, as a former collegiate athlete Julia understands the importance of self care through stretching and mobility to allow the body to function at its highest potential for not just performance but every day activities. She is excited to be a part of StretchLab to work with clients and help them better understand their bodies and help them be the best versions of themselves. Outside of StretchLab, Julia enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors in nature, Sports, training, and exercising.
