      Meet Leslie! Born and raised in Cleveland, Leslie is currently studying to get her degree in Biochemistry! Leslie holds both a Thai massage & NASM for stretching/mobility coaching certifications Her journey into the wellness space began after experiencing a foot injury. Leslie discovered that deep breathing, energy release, herbalism and reflexology all help in assisted recovery from a injury. So it was a naturally progression for Leslie to want to become a Flexologist. Leslie is a sweet and gentle soul who really enjoys seeing her clients feel better, move better and get the results they are after through assisted stretching.       Aubrey is from Delaware, Ohio, and graduated from Ohio Northern University with a major in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Biology. She’s been a competitive swimmer since the age of 8 and recently completed her final season as a member of the Ohio Northern swim team. Her goal is to attend graduate school and earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Outside of StretchLab, Aubrey teaches swim lessons, coaches swim teams, and works as a lifeguard. She became a Flexologist to expand her knowledge of the human body and gain hands-on experience in a field closely aligned with physical therapy. Aubrey is passionate about helping others feel better, move better, and recover through the power of assisted stretching.

      Meet Dastan! Dastan brings a strong academic and hands-on background in health and movement to the studio. He earned his degree in Health and Exercise Science from Wake Forest University and went on to conduct research at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital. He later completed his Master’s degree at Duke University and is currently on the path to physical therapy school. Dastan takes a personalized, practical approach to stretching and loves helping people move and feel their best. Outside the studio, you’ll find him staying active, continuing to learn about movement and recovery, and chasing his goal of becoming a physical therapist.

      Meet Jack! Jack’s journey with StretchLab started as an intern—and he hasn’t looked back since! Now a top-tier Flexologist, Jack brings energy, expertise, and a true passion for movement to every stretch session. A recent graduate from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in Kinesiology, Jack is on the path toward earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. As a dedicated powerlifter, he’s all about strength, mobility, and unlocking the body’s full potential. He’s constantly expanding his knowledge of anatomy and performance so he can help clients move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. Jack’s sessions are fueled by a genuine love for helping people reach their goals—whether it’s hitting a new PR, recovering from an injury, or simply feeling better in their everyday life.

      Meet Olivia! Olivia graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Exercise Science and gained experience at StretchLab in Naples, FL, where she supported clients in improving flexibility and mobility. She recently completed a Strength & Conditioning internship with the Columbus Crew and is preparing for her Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) exam. She also plans to pursue a Master’s in Athletic Training to continue growing her expertise. Passionate about helping clients and athletes of all levels, Olivia specializes in improving flexibility, mobility, strength, recovery, and overall performance. She’s excited to bring her background in exercise science and athletic performance to StretchLab Powell to help you move better, prevent injuries, and feel your best.
