      Meet Kaleb! Kaleb is currently attending The Ohio State University, where he is majoring in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. With a background in track, cross country, running, and strength training, he brings a strong understanding of movement, recovery, performance, and overall wellness to his role as a Flexologist. Kaleb is passionate about helping StretchLab members move better, feel better, and stay active in the things they enjoy. His background in exercise science and nutrition gives him a well-rounded perspective on how flexibility, mobility, recovery, and healthy habits work together to support the body. Through assisted stretching, Kaleb helps members improve mobility, reduce tightness, support recovery, and build better body awareness. His goal is to become an athletic trainer, with a focus on helping runners improve performance and overall health through proper training, recovery, and nutrition.

      Meet Ahleana! Ahleana is from Oceanside, California, and graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a minor in Psychology. She enjoys staying active by going to the gym with friends and trying new workouts around the Columbus area. Her long-term goals are to earn a master's degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and work in a hospital with cardiac rehabilitation patients. Ahleana's passion for health and wellness, combined with her background in Exercise Science, will help you move better and feel your best at StretchLab Powell.

      Meet Toby! Toby is currently attending The Ohio State University, where he is majoring in Health Sciences. Throughout high school, he competed in a variety of sports, which helped spark his interest in the human body, movement, and recovery. Alongside his education, Toby has gained valuable experience through multiple physical therapy internships and aspires to become a licensed physical therapist. He enjoys helping clients improve their mobility, flexibility, strength, and overall recovery so they can move better and feel more confident in their everyday lives. What he enjoys most about StretchLab is the opportunity to work hands-on with clients and support their individual goals through assisted stretching and intentional movement.

      Meet Hannah! Hannah was born and raised in Columbus and recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science. She will also be continuing her education at UC this fall as she begins graduate school. Growing up, Hannah played a variety of sports, which helped spark her passion for movement, recovery, and overall wellness. She enjoys helping clients improve their flexibility, mobility, and everyday movement while creating a positive, supportive experience during each session. Her future goals include continuing to grow within the health and wellness field while exploring more clinically focused exercise and rehabilitation work. What she enjoys most about StretchLab is the opportunity to help clients feel better, move better, and build confidence in their bodies through assisted stretching.

      Meet CJ! CJ is a Certified Personal Trainer who brings a strong background in fitness, functional movement, and personalized coaching to every stretch session. His focus is on helping members move better, reduce tightness, improve mobility, and feel stronger in their everyday lives. CJ understands how strength, flexibility, recovery, and consistency all work together to support an active lifestyle. Through assisted stretching, he helps members improve how their bodies move and feel, whether their goal is to stay active, support workout recovery, reduce discomfort, or improve overall quality of life. Outside the studio, CJ enjoys playing soccer, running, lifting, and staying active through a variety of sports.
