Hi, I'm Haleigh! I am currently studying to become a Naturopathic Doctor. My background being a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Biology and a Master's in Neuroscience has given me a strong appreciation for evidence-informed care and the mind-body connection. I am passionate about using movement as medicine and applying my training as a Flexologist to create and provide customized one-on-one assisted stretches that support clients' unique goals. Outside of StretchLab, you'll find me practicing Brazilian jiu-jitsu, running, hiking, or exploring new ways to stay active. I personally understand how important stretching is for recovery, stress reduction, and creating a healthy active lifestyle. I am looking forward to meeting you at the studio!

  • Roberto

    Roberto

    Flexologist

Hello! I’m Roberto, a Kinesiologist with a degree from PUCRS in Brazil currently studying Sports Management further expanding my knowledge of optimal performance in fitness and general wellness. An active lifestyle has always been a big part of my life. I enjoy soccer, tennis, running, hiking, strength training, and, of course, stretching. I previously played semi-professional soccer in Brazil for three years, which gave me firsthand experience with the importance of mobility, recovery, injury prevention, and maintaining peak physical performance. I’m also the author of The Triad, a book focused on the three foundations of a healthy and sustainable lifestyle: exercise, nutrition, and recovery. My approach is grounded in both education and personal experience. I believe that understanding your body and taking care of it consistently can have a meaningful impact on how you move, perform, and feel every day. I bring that philosophy into every session, working with each client to create a personalized experience based on their goals and needs. I’m excited to help you move better, feel stronger, and get more out of your body. I look forward to working with you at StretchLab!

  • Matteus

    Matteus

    Flexologist

Hi Priya heres my bio: Matteus holds a BSc in Kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, specializing in Active Health and Rehabilitation, and is also a CSEP Certified Personal Trainer. A former competitive swimmer, he has stayed active through strength training, running, and challenges like Tough Mudder and HYROX. These experiences have given him an appreciation for the different demands activities place on the body and the importance of mobility and recovery. At StretchLab, Matteus takes the time to understand each client’s goals and how their body moves. Knowing that mobility isn’t one-size-fits-all, he tailors each session to address areas of tension or restriction and help them move more comfortably. Having gone through several recovery journeys himself, Matteus understands how physical limitations can get in the way of the things we enjoy. What he finds most fulfilling is helping people get back to those things - whether that’s comfortably running around with their grandkids or returning to a childhood sport without the same fear of injury. Outside of StretchLab, you’ll usually find Matteus bouldering, swimming, or planning his next trip.
