      Hi, I’m Zak! I’m a certified Athletic Therapist CAT(C) with over three years of hands-on experience working with athletes from amateur to professional levels. After graduating from Sheridan College, I dove deep into manual therapy—and now I’m taking that passion even further by becoming certified in Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST). Nothing excites me more than seeing someone feel real relief, sometimes in just one session. I love helping people move better, feel lighter, and get back to doing what they love—whether that’s high-level sport or just living without daily tension. Assisted stretching lets me blend science, technique, and a bit of magic to create instant, meaningful change in how the body feels. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me playing volleyball (beach or indoor—I don’t discriminate), exploring new food spots, or learning new skills to continue growing as a therapist and as a person. Can’t wait to work with you and help you feel your best!

      Hi, I’m Mohamed! I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Queen’s University, plus a Certificate in Disability and Physical Activity. I’ve worked in physiotherapy clinics and as an athletic trainer, helping athletes stay injury-free, recover faster, and perform at their best. What drew me to StretchLab is how quickly assisted stretching can change the way someone moves and feels. I love seeing people gain mobility, reduce discomfort, and build confidence in their bodies. I’m excited to keep growing my skills here as I work toward my long-term goal of completing a Master’s in Physical Therapy. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll usually find me playing or watching soccer, staying active, or exploring the outdoors. I can’t wait to help you move better and feel awesome in your body!

      Hi! I’m Shayne! I’m a recent student-athlete graduate from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology. Through years of labs, athletic training, and coaching placements, I’ve gained hands-on experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and rebuild confidence in their bodies. As a lifelong type 1 diabetic athlete, I’ve seen firsthand how movement, mobility, and proper recovery can completely transform how someone feels—so helping others through that process means a lot to me. I’ve worked with a wide range of people, from active individuals to those just starting their movement journey or recovering from injury. No matter where someone is starting, I love creating an encouraging, supportive space where clients can learn about their bodies, challenge themselves, and leave every session feeling better than when they arrived. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me in the gym, travelling, spending time with family and friends, or deep into anything sports-related—soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, and even martial arts. I’m excited to be part of the StretchLab community and help clients feel strong, confident, and at home in their bodies—one stretch at a time!

      Hi, I’m Dylan! I studied Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, where I became obsessed (in a healthy way!) with how the body moves. I recently wrapped up my Master’s in Physiotherapy in England, gaining hands-on experience with everyone from post-op patients to ICU cases—and everything in between. Working with such a wide range of people taught me how uniquely every body moves and heals. I’m passionate about helping people feel stronger, move with confidence, and understand what their body needs to function at its best. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll probably find me travelling, exploring the outdoors, lifting at the gym, or playing basketball. I’m excited to bring my energy and movement expertise to StretchLab and help you feel great in your body!

      Hi, I’m Loveleen! I’m a Certified Athletic Therapist (CAT(C)) with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Health Science, as well as an Athletic Therapy Certificate from York University. My background has given me a strong foundation in injury prevention, rehabilitation, and helping people return to confident, pain-free movement. I’ve had the opportunity to work with a wide range of university and college athletes across multiple sports, as well as organizations such as Jr. Argos Football, Become One, and HoopQueens. Most recently, I completed my Master’s in Physiotherapy in England, gaining hands-on experience across diverse clinical settings including urgent care, acute stroke, and mental health. I’m passionate about helping people move better—whether that means improving mobility, reducing discomfort, or simply feeling stronger and more confident in their bodies. I’m grateful for the trust my clients place in me and love supporting progress, big or small, every step of the way here at StretchLab. Outside the studio, you’ll usually find me lifting at the gym, exploring new restaurants, or baking sweet treats. I’m excited to work with you, help you move better, and celebrate your progress along the journey.
