      Lead Flexologist
      Lucy is a certified yoga instructor, and has extensive background in dance and golf. She graduated from Aquinas College in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Vocal Performance. During her time at Aquinas, she also played for the golf and dance team there. Her background in athletics as well as her deep understanding in fundamentals of stretching has made her a great addition to the StretchLab team, and can help clients with many different backgrounds to find the best stretching routine for their personal process. Lucy also enjoys being active in the outdoors, music, and spending time with her loved ones.

      As a former athlete, Caleb has always been passionate about movement and the human body. Caleb graduated with his undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Science and is currently pursuing a degree in physical therapy from Concordia University Ann Arbor. His education allows him to combine his firsthand experience in sports with a deep understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation. Caleb is dedicated to helping clients achieve their flexibility and wellness goals at StretchLab, bringing both enthusiasm and expertise to every session. His commitment to fostering a positive environment ensures that each individual feels supported on their journey to improved mobility and overall health.

      Jaye discovered her love for movement early on through dance, cheerleading, and tae kwon do. Over time, that love evolved into a lifelong passion for fitness rooted in healing and purpose. She holds an associate degree in Exercise Science from Bryan University and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s in the same field, along with certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Aerial Yoga Instructor. After being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Jaye’s wellness journey deepened. Strength training, mobility, and consistent movement became essential tools in managing her symptoms and feeling her best. At StretchLab, she brings energy, empathy, and expertise to every session, creating a supportive space where clients can improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.

      Nancy is a lifelong fitness and wellness enthusiast with over a decade of experience as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. A graduate of the University of Michigan, her journey began with a love for running that started in her teens and carried through college—eventually evolving into marathon racing and coaching. As a hybrid athlete, Nancy embraces a balanced approach to movement, recognizing yoga and stretching as essential tools for injury prevention and long-term functionality. Fitness has supported Nancy through all stages of life, including motherhood. She brings this same strength and empathy into every session—empowering clients to move with confidence, build resilience, and feel their best. Outside of the studio, Nancy loves running, hiking, strength training, traveling, growing her business, meeting new people, and spending quality time with loved ones—with plenty of caffeine fueling it all!!

      Darine brings a strong background in group training and dance, with a special focus on Bollywood. Her passion for movement is deeply personal—having used a combination of fitness and stretching to manage her own journey with fibromyalgia and sciatica. Darine’s first-hand experience fuels her commitment to helping others move and feel better. She creates a welcoming, uplifting environment where clients can focus on improving mobility, flexibility, and overall well-being. With a personable approach and an infectious energy, Darine makes every session on the bench both effective and enjoyable.

      Nick is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NCSA with an impressive background working with collegiate athletes. Outside of StretchLab, he’s an Assistant Sports Performance Coach at Eastern Michigan University, supporting Gymnastics, Track & Field, and Swimming. He’s also worked as a Graduate Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach at Providence College and completed internships at the University of Illinois and Ball State University. Nick earned his Master’s degree in Sports Performance & Sports Psychology from Ball State back in 2022, where he also served as a sports psychology consultant for the women’s soccer team. A former Hanover College football player, Nick brings both experience and passion to everything he does. When he’s not in the gym, you’ll find him reading Stephen King, discovering new music, and diving deeper into best practices for sports performance.

      Carolyn completed her B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Western Michigan University and received her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from Eastern Michigan University. She also holds a CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has been helping her clients achieve their health and fitness goals for one year. Her passion for the health profession developed at an early age, being involved in sports – mainly soccer, volleyball and tennis. Throughout her experience in athletics and personal training, Carolyn has seen the benefits that maintaining and developing flexibility and range of motion can have – how it can enhance ease of movement and overall quality of life. Outside of StretchLab, Carolyn enjoys participating in foot races, triathlons and pickleball and working on new certifications to expand her knowledge on the innerworkings of the body. She looks forward to helping you move and feel better!
