    Flexologist

I have had a lot of exposure to the benefits of flexibility training due to my clinically related background experience. I am a licensed physical therapist assistant who specializes in functional movement, medical and senior exercise and orthopedic conditions. I also hold certifications in personal training (HomeFit Strength and Wellness), TRX Sports Medicine Suspension Training, and Functional Movement Systems. Outside of the studio, in addition to spending time with my family, I love going on adventures which may include kayaking, hiking, snowshoeing, weight lifting, motorcycles, and travel! StretchLab allows me the perfect opportunity to continue to pursue my passion for encouraging and helping others achieve their goals and live healthier, more active lives through freedom of movement.

    Area Manager

Although my initial career path took me through the music industry, after a fulfilling tenure as Assistant Director at Virtuosos Music Academy I found my way into the health and wellness world! I joined Stretchlab as a Flexologist in 2020 and have since added Lead Flexologist, Studio Manager, and Area Manager to my resume. I love the impact that we have on our members and the amazing things that we see them achieve through added functional mobility. I believe that wellness is a critically overlooked thing in our world and could not be happier to help our clients hit their goals!
